Funny Neck Noises

Hiya, when I drink fizzy drinks (can be as little as one, depends on my necks mood), my neck makes funny noises :s Kinda like your stomach makes when it's hungry.. I'm guessing it's to do with the fizz, and guessing nothing can be done about it? But I am wondering what it is and why it does it??? No one I know has this problem, and it can be quite embarrasing on a night out haha!!!! Anyone know?

I drink tons of fizz and have never had that issue
Just don't do it whilst snogging someone is the only advice I can give

Sorry. Is it maybe something like heartburn, maybe a reaction to the gas in the juice.
