Imogen bailey not joining ee afterall

Despite recent tabloid rumours, i can reveal that Australian actress-model Imogen Bailey will not be making an appearance in EastEnders.

She was hoping to play the part of a new nurse - Naiomi Sullivan - who was due to arrive on our screens in the Summer.

An EastEnders insider said: "It is not yet known who will assume the new role, but it definitely won't be Imogen."

"Casting for the part has already taken place," the insider added. "Imogen did attend but hasn't been approached since."

she slagged off the show syaing she wanted to work with reputible actors

in defence the bbc is not allowing her to audtion for any parts on bbc dramas till 06.
