Loads of former soap actors crop up in Doctors over the coming weeks - that many I thought a run-down was needed.
First up we have former Coronation Street actor Bill Ward, who played Charlie Stubbs in the Weatherfield serial. He appears in next week's Wednesday episode of Doctors, titled 'The Romantics'. In the ep, he plays Larry Bryan, a 42-year-old security guard who desperately wants to hook up with his first lover, lecturer Deborah Cavanagh (Sara Stewart).
The next Friday's episode, 'Leaving God', sees ex-EastEnders actress Pooja Shah - who played Kareena Ferreira - appear as unstable mother Saaya Lunn, who finds her 2-year-old son Josiah crying bloody tears…
Then on November 5, former Emmerdale actress Leah Bracknell turns up as a pregnant Stella Davids in a story titled 'Great Expectations', which sees two babies, two mothers and one father - how will it all unfold?
Bracknell played the role of Zoe Tate for 16 years and last appeared in Doctors in October 2007.
And finally, ex-Corrie actor Johnny Briggs makes a cameo appearance as a 67-year-old crook called Cotham who's serving time at Her Majesty's pleasure for armed robbery and the murder of an associate. His episode 'Robbed' airs on November 9.
