CASUALTY hunk Christopher Colquhoun is joining Coronation Street.
Six-footer Christopher will this week start filming the role of Matt Davis, new fiance of Dev Alahan's ex-wife Sunita (Shobna Gulati).
Corrie bosses are planning a string of confrontations between jealous Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) and Matt after Dev discovers Sunita's marriage plans.
"Shobna and Christopher are delighted at the prospect of working together," said an insider.
"There's a terrific chemistry between them and they are a perfect match physically and mentally."
