CORRIE star Sally Whittaker's daughter is following in her footsteps - playing a stuck-up snob.
Phoebe Dynevor, 14, has landed a top role in the hit BBC1 school drama Waterloo Road.
Proud Sally, who has played Sally Webster for 23 years, is "absolutely delighted".
She added: "I have to stress that she got the part on her own merit. It was nothing to do with me."
Phoebe, whose dad Tim Dynevor is a TV scriptwriter, will play rich kid Siobhan Green, thrust into Waterloo Road when it merges with a nearby posh school.
A show source said: "In the end she conquers her snobbery and finds herself getting along with the natives."
