Coronation Street will air more heartbreak for Sally Metcalfe tonight (November 28) as Tim turns against her.

Sally had her worst fears confirmed when the jury reached a guilty verdict in Monday's scenes, but unfortunately, her ordeal is about to get even worse.

Viewers know that Sally been falsely accused of fraud after being set up by Duncan Radfield but even her loyal husband Tim will start doubting her innocence tonight.

Having listened to the evidence, Tim is once more of the belief that Sally may have actually had an affair with Duncan after all, leaving her completely devastated.

With Sally facing a bleak future, Tim confides in her sister Gina that he feels foolish for ever believing her claims that she didn't betray him.

However, Gina is left in a tricky position when Sally also opens up to her later on – explaining how she can't bear the thought of Tim thinking she is a liar.

Battling her emotions – and torn over who to side with – Gina subsequently tells Tim that she is moving out, but is thrown when he begs her not to. What will Gina do? And is Tim really about to turn his back on Sally for good?
