True, but I wouldn't expect it to happen so quickly to a couple supposedly deeply in love, and who are still in regular contact and expecting to be together again in the not too distant future.

People always get over relationships super quickly in soaps though.

Yep I agree, its stupid this story line,,, even if it is a soap,,,,,, how can they be so in love and then a few short months not be???

One of the things I found more annoying about this story - Georgia was the one chasing him before and after Jade left. I think if she hadn't been such a clingon they may not have even got together at all in the first place.

Okay, well that explained things tonight. She hasn't fallen for that guy. She just wants time alone to sort herself out. So they are not getting a divorce. So they have potentially set up Kyle's exit and given him a storyline for the rest of his time on Neighbours without Georgia. In 12 months time maybe Georgia wants to be with him and he goes off to be with her?

If both were leaving at the same time, they would have gone off together. But as Saskia left and Chris probably not leaving until the end of the year, they couldn't have him sit around with Georgia looking after her sick Mum overseas for 12 months. It wasn't realistic.

So for those wanting them together, all is not lost. Whilst it's doubtful, there's still an opening that they will get their happy ending. Albeit a small one.

Forbidden kiss
Kyle's shock move on Amy ruffles some feathers.

His broken heart may be on the mend from Georgia but that's no excuse for making a move on Amy! When she does her best to cheer Kyle up, he mistakes Amy's caring for flirtation and kisses her.

Getting over his heartbreak proves to be even harder when Paul (Stefan Dennis) proposes to Naomi (Morgana O'Reilly) and Kyle (Chris Milligan) is quickly reminded of all he's lost.

Feeling down, Kyle leaves Toadie's (Ryan Moloney) benefit and pulls out his phone to message Georgia (Saskia Hampele).

Just as Kyle is about to press the "send" button, Amy (Zoe Cramond) stops him.

She reminds Kyle what a great guy he is but he mistakes her kind words for affection. So, taking a leap of faith, Kyle tries to kiss Amy!

Freaked out, she pushes him away and takes off. Left feeling worse than before, a deflated Kyle thinks things can't get any worse.

Little does he know Paul's seen everything...

Toadie and Sonya suffer another blow when they're the victims of a serious theft.
