Mothers usually get custody anyway. Robert wasn't even her boyfriend, was he? He did what was right, like he said.

Was it right giving Seb to Rebecca (memory loss) and Ross who has a drug problem even Charity is keeping Moses and she is never going to be mother of the year, if Aaron and Robert hear of Ross and the drugs that makes a good case for them for custody

I just wish we heard why Robert decided to let Rebecca have Seb

Yes, I think it was right. Aaron and Robert have their issues / baggage too. Robert watched Katie die and didn't help her. Aaron has self-harming and drug problems too.

Aaron and Robert equally have as many issues as Rebecca and Ross. If there was a custody battle I think Seb would go to Rebecca as she is his mum and she also has the financial means to look after him.

Robert did the right thing by letting him go.

Do any of them stop and think for one second about that wee chap Seb being shuffled about like some sort of pass the parcel game. Aaron seemed to be reluctantly accepting Seb going with Rebecca, until Liv had to put her two penn'orth in. Aaron's short fuse then took over. I think Rebecca's right to now go for a formal visiting arrangement , only way it will work. imo. Also hope Liv is grown up enough to accept her part in the Seb incident and wind her neck in a bit.

I think Robert should challenge Bex if she denies his access or limits his access to Seb, Ross as a father is losing out with Moses he should be more understanding for Robert

I think we saw a glimmer of guilt from Charity when asking Chas about Seb

Why can't they all share custody during the week, half and half, it is only Liverpool
