Any reason why Ray didn't just take that phone and destroy it ? Abi would be too daft to do a copy.

Abi was stupid enough to tell him about it.

Why on earth did she not take it to the police or the Council planning office. She seems to be saying if Ray admits to trying to rape Faye, she will let him carry on with the development, this after all her attempts to stop it. Ray is unlikely to admit to attempted rape when it is a case of "he said, she said" with no corroborating evidence. Abi knows what a nasty piece of work Ray is yet she goes to see him alone without telling anyone else as far as we know. Just not credible! - I reckon he will hurt Abi, but get caught for it, so ending this storyline, maybe with Debbie giving evidence against him.

So Debbie has found her conscience, better late than never. I want to kick the telly every time I see Sean. Surely Gemma and Chesney would be on some kind of benefit? I just love Paula Wilcox a class act. Her scenes with Shelley King are superb. Also loved her interaction with Evelyn.

No-one ever seems to receive any form of benefits in Soaps. They are either working or completely broke.
