There was no kiss shown or any sign of a lead up to them kissing or even the location.
Other than at the accident scene where there was no one else around to take a picture, the next scene they were shown together there were too many witnesses to have a secret kiss.

charity knew he was bad news hearing a body in the boot which was cain but still fancied a snog, stupid, we only saw a photo of them close which was sent to charity and vanessa

Are we meant to feel sorry for Charity? - I don't.

I presume the kiss couldn't be filmed because of social distancing rules which is why we only saw a photograph of it, not that it looked convincing in any way. Why plan a scene like that if the actors involved can't actually kiss?
