Most of the best comedies have been on the BBC.

I don't actually like all of these but I'm just naming them to show they seem to have the most too:

    One Foot In The Grave
    The vicar Of Dibley
    French And Saunders
    Absolutely Fabulous
    Two Pints Of Lager
    Little Britain
    My Hero
    My Family
    2point4children
    Only Fools And Horses

    etc....

Yeah most do seem to be on the BBC. You've named quite a few I forgot about there, i.e. Two Pints, My Family, Ab Fab. To be honest, I cant actually think of any comedy shows on ITV apart from the one set in the hardware shop (I didn't like that). There will have been quite a few, but I cant think at the moment.

Well if you ever see a comedy series video in the shops called "Nighty night," then I recommend buying it! You'll love it, it's really funny. The main character - Jill, is hilarious!

I've gone for Only Fools and Horses as I can just watch these over and over and still laugh out loud - I'm like that with Friends too that's really my joint favourite I suppose but went for OFAH since its been around longer! Both are my favourite along with Men Behaving Badly. I also really love As Time Goes By, some of the sarcasm in it is ace, suits my humour.
