Neighbours' Aaron Brennan hides a secret agony next week, with less than a month to go before his wedding.
Aaron (Matt Wilson) faces his worst nightmare when he suffers a painful injury after a highly stressful few days at work.
Upcoming episodes see Aaron come under serious pressure over his fitness business, thanks to his future father-in-law Paul Robinson buying Mishti Sharma's share.
Now Aaron's official business partner, ruthless Paul bombards him with unwanted suggestions on how to improve profits and efficiency – including cutting down staff.
Aaron ends up giving in to Paul's demands, but then has to work late packing up stray weights.
When he picks up a kettle bell awkwardly, he throws his back out and is later found in agony by his sister Chloe (April Rose Pengilly).
Although Aaron puts on a brave face and assures Chloe that his back pain is nothing to worry about, he can't help wondering how it's going to affect the wedding.
Aaron decides to simply live with the pain and avoid any strenuous activity for a while, but with fewer staff to cover classes for him and Paul constantly making new demands, it's not going to be easy to keep on top of everything.
Fortunately, Chloe is on hand to help out at The Shed, but Aaron is still determined to keep his injury a secret. He's especially keen to stop his fiancé David from finding out, not wanting to admit that Paul's behaviour is stressing him out. But how long can he keep David in the dark?
Neighbours airs these scenes on Thursday, August 16 and Friday, August 17 at 1.45pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
