Feuding Joe is making the story lines far too predictable. All we are required to do is spot who or what Joe runs past next, and what follows next is easily guessed. I call bull***t.

Emmerdale need to remind themselves that their show is produced for an adult audience and not for Baby TV.

Have just caught up with the episode. That was ridiculous. The Solicitor looked as though he’d been down the pub for hours before going to court and if you’ve paid for a Solicitors service up front surely they should honour the agreement or at least call you in person to explain why they can’t do it, not send a text message. This is becoming ridiculous that Joe appears just at the right moment every time. It doesn’t actually say much for the Solicitor if she let Joe buy her off as he must have done. He is just a complete and utter ****. Poor Liv she did not deserve that and yet again Gabby walks away with very little punishment. I’m sorry this may sound very controversial but I honestly have no sympathy for Lisa, she deserves everything that happens to her - she has come out of this with no after effects at all.

The only good thing about that episode was that the boys looked great.

I bet they get free representation for the appeal due to the mess up from the law firm.

That is the least they deserve. God help the Law firm if that idiot is a Senior Partner.

I'll just add, that in the real world, the judge is highly likely to have thrown out a solicitor like that and ordered a postponement. No way would they have imposed a custodial sentence on someone with that sort of representation, especially when aware that the client's original solicitor was not present.

It did make a complete joke of the judicial system the way that was portrayed tonight,

Emmerdale have just released this new spoiler picture of Joe Tate Dastardly. It's from an episode in a couple of weeks time.

With thanks to penguinperson over on the Digital Spy Robron appreciation thread.
