Pollard's in danger of losing his alcohol licence. (4 Feb)
all about soap, ending 12 February 2016
TW:
Pollard finds himself in trouble at the B&B because of a delivery of dodgy wine by Dodgy Duncan and is in danger of losing his alcohol licence. Sounds like Duncan's payback for Tracy and Carly turning down his romantic offers previously and then stealing his boxes of wine from his van for later resale in David's shop...
Jimmy's delighted by Nico the housewife, but will his career-driven missus regret giving up so much for her hapless other half? Sure enough, the harmony doesn't last long, and Jimmy acts all jumpy when Rakesh asks to look at the business accounts... Smelling a rat, Nicola gets the accounts out for herself, only to discover that Jim's not kept up with any money matters since Charity was sent down a year ago. As Jimmy sweats, Nicola takes charge and sorts it out. Then she suggests she take over his job [at the haulage business] and he stay at home with the kids! Is this a new start for the Kings?
all about soap, fortnight ending 12 February 2016
He's [Jimmy] clearly nervous when Rakesh announces Charity has asked him to look over the haulage company books prior to her release from jail, and Nicola spot her man's angst.

Emmerdale airs these scenes on Thursday 4 Feb on ITV
TW:
So is this for Charity to get money to be a silent partner with Chas in the pub?
Of course, Chas could maybe get a bank loan and own the pub all by herself but this storyline sounds too boring to me for Emmerdale. Robert would be a dark horse right now but Chas's attitude towards him should change after Aaron's big reveal on Wed 3 Feb.
It's a busy week for Charity when it comes to social callers! Not only does Emma pop by to say hello, but there's a further face-off after Charity sends Moira a visiting order, demanding she bring in Noah to see her.
Fearless Moira is well up for the challenge, as she hopes to put Charity straight on a few house rules before she's released from jail to move in with Moira and Cain on the farm. Well aware of Charity's feelings for former flame Cain, Moira warns her nemesis in no uncertain terms to keep her hands to herself.
Inside Soap, 30 Jan-5 Feb 2016
Emmerdale airs these scenes on Tuesday 2 Feb and Wednesday 3 Feb on ITV
TW:
I'm not sure yet where Charity is going to stay when she returns to Emmerdale. Debbie's house is now rented to Laurel and Ashley. Charity could buy Diane's share of the pub and move in there eventually with Chas, or Charity could squash in with Noah and Moses in Emma's small house. Inside Soap (above) suggests Charity might move in with Moira and Cain, but surely feisty Moira would have more sense than to let this happen. Of course, this is Emmerdale... the last fireworks were about 4 weeks ago. Charity moving into Butlers Farm with Moira and Cain would be one of the most scripty and incredible storylines for ages, I reckon. There may be trouble ahead...

Your comment sounds typically heterosexist, at least there are straight couples on Emmerdale you have several to choose from. By contrast, gay people are treated differently. Finn Barton has not had a boyfriend in over a year and Aaron and Robert are still not a proper gay couple. Aaron and Robert have been apart for six months by the writers no gay sex and no kissing either. Would a heterosexual couple not kiss nor have sex for six months I doubt it.

Emmerdale's Chas Dingle makes a shocking decision tonight (February 1) after exchanging some very harsh words with her son Aaron Livesy.
Aaron goes on the warpath after learning that Chas (Lucy Pargeter) has secured the money to buy Diane Sugden's share of the pub - convinced that his father Gordon must be involved in some way.
When Aaron (Danny Miller) accuses Chas of going behind his back, she's furious over his attitude - especially since it's the day of her court case and she wants his support right now.
Completely unaware of just how much Aaron needs her at the moment, Chas has a nasty row with her son and eventually tells him that he should find somewhere else to live. Stung by her ultimatum, will Aaron agree to move out?
Emmerdale airs these scenes tonight at 7pm on ITV.

TW:
Presumably the court case is a hearing about Chas stabbing Diane on 25 November. (A charge of unlawful wounding or worse?). Presumably this comes to nothing again long-term? If Chas gets a criminal conviction for something, I don't think she would be allowed to hold an alcohol licence for the pub and so not be pub landlady. She could work there for someone else holding the licence, of course.
DS spoilers say Chas tells Aaron tonight that she's got a bank loan to buy Diane's half of the pub.
"Aaron is surprised to see the pub's 'for sale' sign getting taken down. He assumes it's because of Gordon and questions Chas, but she gets frustrated at his questions and tells him that she got a bank loan for the pub. Aaron thinks Chas is still seeing Gordon and this is the final straw for her. She tells Aaron that she wants him to move out."
I think that this could be a "little white lie" from Chas about having a bank loan for now just to keep Aaron quiet and sweet for the time being about her being with Gordon. There's a lot of secrecy around Emmerdale right now, these are just some of the missing parts of some storylines at the moment.
its a small rural village with a population of 35 people maximum? just by law of averages, and rural settings, what are the chances of it having a gay couple?
and don't forget there was in its history, Zoe and Frankie, Zoe and charity, Zoe and...well many, Johny and Paul, Vanessa and Rhona for a bit of titillation....Finn and the HIV +ve nurse....
so for a small knit community Emmerdale hasn't done badly in showing gay relationships
