Kush Kazemi will find himself in a very awkward situation on EastEnders later this month when he is left to care for his baby son Arthur.

With his big secret weighing heavily on his mind, Kush (Davood Ghadami) feels extremely uncomfortable when Martin asks him to look after Arthur for the morning.

With Stacey in hospital following her recent crisis, Shabnam becomes determined to find her a mother and baby unit so that she can be with Arthur - but she's soon left with mixed emotions when she realises that Kush is looking after him.

Shabnam shares her concerns with Kush, but will spending time with Arthur lead Kush to tell Martin the truth?

So am I. I'm hoping it means she and Kush won't try to get custody of Arthur.

EastEnders fans haven't seen the last of evil Dean Wicks just yet.

These new pictures see Matt Di Angelo's villainous character make another appearance on our screens as it's time for his plea hearing.

Dean, who has been charged with the attempted rape of his ex-girlfriend Roxy Mitchell, asks to see his mum Shirley Carter (Linda Henry) before he appears in court.

Shirley agrees to go along despite protests from Buster Briggs, who thinks they should cut all contact with Dean from now on.

As they come face-to-face at the jail, Shirley proves that she can't be fooled by Dean any longer as she urges him to just do the right thing and plead guilty.

Later in the week, Shirley goes along to the court and is convinced that Dean will follow her advice by admitting his guilt. But will Dean really plead guilty, or is Shirley in for another nasty surprise?

How will Dean react to Shirley's plea?

Uh uh. No way will Dean take Shirley's advice and admit his guilt. Besides being evil to the core, he's also totally delusional, and he blames Shirley for everything wrong on his life, so it's doubtful he'd ever take her advice.

EastEnders brings us the fallout from Ryan Malloy's shock return tonight (January 25), as he spends time with his young daughter in secret.

Ryan (Neil McDermott) made a surprise appearance at the Queen Vic last week, wanting to look after Lily following the worrying news that Stacey Branning had been sectioned.

Tonight's episode sees Ryan's sister Whitney (Shona McGarty) allow him to see Lily at the local playground - but it's quite a big risk since he's still on the run for killing Rob Grayson and wouldn't want to be spotted by anyone.

Ryan savours his first real chance to spend some quality time with Lily, but will he be able to control his feelings and consider what's best for her in the long-run?

And as the pressure of the difficult situation builds, how long will it take before others on Albert Square learn that Ryan is back?
