I read this poem in a brilliant book a while ago it's so sad. I'm learning to drive now and I'll never drink and drive because it's so stupid..

That was a brilliant poem. If only all drink drivers would actually see it...

Like some others, I went to a Safe Driving Event, and I definitely won't drink drive. The show had me on the verge of tears all day, and I think it was a good thing for those that only give thought to looking "cool" in front of their mates. It definitely was effective though as one boy two seats away from me fainted, and one girl was crying so much it sounded as if she was having a heart attack.

It is the time for Christmas parties and I want everybody to be happy and merry, but please ... NO drinking and driving. This thread and the poem are still very much relevant
