Jordan has revealed that her diet sometimes means that she cuts out food completely and survives on only fruit juice and water.
The model and actress has fallen to a tiny eight stone even after having a baby and has said that the reason for her weight loss is that she sometimes does not eat at all, sticking to a diet of fruit smoothies, vegetable juice and water.
She said: "If I'm feeling bloated in the morning, I'll have juice for breakfast, two litres of water during the day, then juice again in the evening."
She also rubbished press claims that she is too skinny and insists that she has actually gained weight, telling Star magazine: "There have been remarks in the newspapers about how skinny I look, but as a matter of fact, I have actually put on weight. I prefer being thinner - I hate my gut now."
Must be stark raving...! I could never do that!
