Kane/Vinnie Deja Vu
Does anyone else feel that Kane's recent storylines were too similar to the events Vinnie went through?
Firstly Vinnie had testicular cancer as did Kane. I think they went into much more detail this time round by following Kane's treatment. Then there was the story where Vinnie got into trouble with the Police because of his dad. I don't remember how the storyline went specifically but I believe that Vinnie got blamed for a crime related to the finance side of the joint business venture they were involved in, his Dad dealt with all of that and Vinnie had no idea what was going on. His Dad did a runner and Vinnie got sent to prison for it. There are some major similarities between that storyline and the recent Kane storyline.
I think perhaps the writers could have been a little more inventive or at least not so closely repeated a past storyline.
