New H&A promo for next week (27-30 May) - 'Who won't make it?':

Home and Away to air a shocking shooting storyline
    A stranger in the Bay?

    Home and Away spoilers follow.

A new Home and Away teaser has confirmed a dramatic shooting storyline is coming up.

The ominous clip below warns that there's "a stranger in the Bay" while showing a blurred figure walking along the beach, carrying a large black case.

The teaser then cuts to chaotic scenes of Summer Bay residents fleeing for their lives as Alf Stewart screams for everyone near the Surf Club to get inside.

"I need an ambulance and police to Summer Bay," he's shown saying on the phone.

Police soon arrive on the scene to begin a massive manhunt across the beach for the shooter, with the soap flashing scenes of several of the most popular characters fleeing.

"Who will make it?" a narrator asks viewers.

Among those who could be in danger are Mackenzie Booth, Cash Newman, Remi Carter, Dana Matheson and even newlywed Leah Patterson ? though others could certainly fall victim to this mysterious shooter.

The cryptic footage caps off with Felicity Newman phoning her ex, Tane Parata, to tell him about the shooting as he prepares for his court hearing over baby Maia.

"There?s been a shooting, and whoever's done it hasn't been found yet," Felicity reports.

Tane is then shown chasing after a possible suspect, though he may be putting himself directly into the shooter's line of fire.

It remains to be seen whether the shooting could tie into Stevie Marlow's stalking storyline, where viewers have seen her threatened on numerous occasions by an obsessed fan.

Fans in Australia will see these scenes play out on screen next week, and they'll be transmitted in the UK a bit later this year.

It has already been an exciting few weeks in Summer Bay, with even more to look forward to on the horizon at UK pace ? including some familiar faces attending the long-awaited wedding of Justin Morgan and Leah.

Elsewhere in the Bay, Tane will worry his loved ones in scenes airing next week in the UK, as he runs away with baby Maia.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.

In Australia, the show airs Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 and streams on 7Plus.

    SPOILER ALERT!

Footage of this filming was taken by a fan at Palm Beach last December, which appeared to confirm that Stevie would be fatally shot. There were also apparently photos later on of what appeared to be filming of a wake, with someone holding up a cardboard sign with 'RIP Stevie' on it...

Who won't make it out of Home and Away alive?
    Panic at the beach.

    https://www.nowtolove.com.au/enterta...attacks-beach/

Summer Bay is thrown into lockdown when a crazed gunman escapes detention as one of Home And Away?s most gripping storylines comes to a close this week.

Among the carnage, someone will lose their life. Who will it be?

Only just managing to get his employer Stevie (Catherine Van-Davies) back on track following her stalker Sidney?s (Joshua McElroy) attempt to take her life, Cash (Nicholas Cartwright) is shocked to learn through his security bosses that the obsessed fan is no longer being held on remand.

Knowing full well how exposed the actress is as she continues to film All Our Tomorrows on the beach, the security guard rushes to save her once again. But will he make it in time?

Hiding in a sand dune on the beach with a gun, Sidney zeroes in on his star target, not caring about the numerous co-stars, crew and spectators who could all end up as collateral damage.

With Stevie's life yet again in danger under Cash's watch, Remi (Adam Rowland) is worried as the incident at the beach unfolds.

"Remi blames Cash," Adam tells TV WEEK. "It was his job to protect Stevie. His only thoughts are if Stevie is OK."

Shortly after, Tane (Ethan Browne), also has a terrifying encounter with Sidney while walking along the beach talking to Felicity (Jacqui Purvis) on the phone. A violent scuffle breaks out between the two men and Tane is forced to fight for his life.

Hearing the fight play out over the phone, Felicity runs to the beach to help her former love, but she ends up putting herself right in harm's way. Will she make it in time to help Tane or will she meet a disastrous fate?

It's been a while since we've seen such devastation play out in Home And Away, and with this week's harrowing climax claiming the life of at least one main character, Summer Bay won't be the same again.

I wonder if this will, somehow, get Cash back into being a police officer... he didn't look like a good bodyguard... I mean.. Look how that turned out... LOL #RIPStevie

Or, I thought Stevie would die, but also Bree would bring her back to life... technically it's still a death in The Bay.. LOL But no, they literally killed her off, with her weird acting.. LOL

Home and Away airs shocking death in latest Australian episode
    A three-month storyline comes to a head.

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...eath-may-2024/

Major Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away aired a tragic death in Tuesday's Australian episode (May 28) as the soap's ongoing stalker storyline came to a head.

Stevie Marlow was killed off after doctors were unable to save her life following a shocking shooting incident in Summer Bay.

Earlier this week, the film star's dangerous stalker Sidney Wickham became a free man again and he headed straight to the Bay to target Stevie.

Sidney had previously tried to attack Stevie during a media event for her latest film, but he was arrested and held on remand after her bodyguard Cash Newman intervened.

Now free again, Sidney made plans to track down Stevie and he headed straight for the Bay, where she was working on location for her new film All Our Tomorrows.

Sidney fired a gunshot at Stevie in the middle of filming, sparking terror in the Bay as the famous film actor was left fighting for her life on the beach.

Stevie was rushed to Northern Districts Hospital, where Bree Cameron and Levi Fowler desperately tried to save her life.

Feeling the pressure over her personal connections to the tragedy, Bree promised her ex-boyfriend Remi Carter ? who's now dating Stevie ? that she'd save his romantic partner.

Tragically, this wasn't possible. After tireless efforts to revive her, Bree and Levi were forced to accept that Stevie had died from her gunshot injury.

Meanwhile, Sidney remained at large after fleeing from the scene and when Cash returned home, he found the dangerous gunman still armed and waiting for him.

Could the former policeman become Sidney's next victim?

Catherine Văn-Davies has been appearing as guest character Stevie for the past three months.

Stevie was introduced to the show when she hired Cash as her bodyguard, begging him to protect her from her stalker.

The movie star later moved to the Bay so that Cash could keep a closer eye on her and she bonded with some of the locals ? particularly Remi as they started a relationship.

Home and Away fans in the UK will see Stevie's exit scenes in early July.

Home and Away confirms killer's fate in latest Australian episode
The traumatic week in the Bay continues.

    https://www.digitalspy.com/soaps/hom...-wickham-fate/

Major Home and Away spoilers follow from Australian-pace episodes, which some UK viewers may prefer to avoid.

Home and Away has aired the outcome of Stevie Marlow's tragic death storyline.

Stevie's final scenes aired on Australian screens this week as her dangerous stalker Sidney Wickham was freed and tracked her down in the Bay.

In terrifying scenes, movie star Stevie was gunned down while filming her new movie All Our Tomorrows on location on the beach.

Sidney fled from the scene after committing the terrible crime. Meanwhile, Stevie was rushed to hospital, where doctors Bree Cameron and Levi Fowler were unable to save her life.

In Wednesday's episode on Australian screens (May 29), Stevie's bodyguard Cash Newman was the next to face danger when he found Sidney waiting for him at home.

With Sidney still armed, Cash was forced to play along with his demands as he sought reassurance over Stevie's fate.

As news of the shooting hadn't hit the news due to a media blackout, Sidney feared that he'd "failed" in his evil mission to kill Stevie.

A grieving Cash urged him to believe that Stevie had indeed lost her life, but the villain insisted on staying at the house until there was official confirmation.

Fortunately, Cash managed to overpower Sidney when the gunman became distracted by Eden Fowler turning up at the house.

Eden called police to the scene and Sidney was arrested for murder, sickeningly celebrating his "victory" as it dawned on him that Cash had been telling the truth about Stevie's fate.

As the dust settled following a traumatic 24 hours in the Bay, there were various repercussions from Stevie's death.

Stevie's boyfriend Remi Carter bitterly blamed Cash for what had happened, claiming that he'd failed in his duty as her bodyguard.

It turned out that a mistrial had led to Sidney being freed in the first place, which came about after someone involved had 'liked' a social media post and derailed the case. Sadly, news of Sidney's release hadn't reached Cash until it was too late to protect Stevie.

Cash was ultimately called to the city for a meeting with the security company who'd assigned him to Stevie's case three months ago. Will they agree with Remi that Cash is to blame, or will Cash's name be cleared?

Home and Away fans in the UK will see these scenes on Channel 5 in July.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.45pm on Channel 5, with repeat screenings at 6pm on 5STAR and first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR. Selected classic episodes are available via Prime Video in the UK.
