Terese?s retirement development, Eirini Rising, is finally open, but it?s not long before the celebrations are tainted by a dramatic departure and a threat from a new enemy.

This week in Neighbours, Paul?s (Stefan Dennis) cousin Hilary Robinson (Anne Scott-Pendlebury) purchases one of the apartments of the complex. Terese (Rebekah Elmaloglou) assumes this has Paul written all over it and he is using the gesture to stay relevant in her life.

?Initially she?s thrilled to have sold another apartment, but when she sees Paul?s name on the agreement, that joy quickly turns to fury,? Rebekah, 50, tells TV WEEK. ?Terese is certain this must be some sort of play by Paul to stay in her orbit, and she ends up with egg on her face [when the truth comes out].?

Paul then leaves for New York with the two on turbulent terms ? has Terese messed up her last chance with him?

But Paul is the least of her worries when Karl (Alan Fletcher) learns the identity of the poo cyclist who has been tormenting Erinsborough. It turns out he is none other than a close relative of a high roller, Shirley Birchmore (Suzy Cato), who has purchased a share of Eirini Rising.

Karl wants his identity to be publicly revealed at the event, that is, until Shirley threatens that she and her friends will withdraw their lucrative purchases at the complex if that occurs.

?Terese feels a bit torn between her loyalty to Karl and ensuring Eirini Rising doesn?t sink,? Rebekah explains.

Stuck between a rock and a hard place, will Terese choose the success of her passion project she has fought so hard for or clearing the name of one of her closest friends?

Neighbours has confirmed further details of a poisoning drama which threatens to ruin the launch of Eirini Rising next week.

The dramatic new storyline sees a mystery culprit target Leo Tanaka's vineyard with a plan which could ultimately risk the lives of the Eirini Rising launch party guests.

Early next week, JJ Varga-Murphy starts working at the vineyard after being given a chance to prove himself by Leo.

Leo is initially reluctant about having JJ on board at his business, aware that the teenager has been in trouble recently. However, Toadie Rebecchi and Terese Willis point out that rebellious teens can grow up to become responsible adults.

JJ's new job gets off to a bad start when Leo sets him some uninspiring tasks rather than anything interesting.

Back on Ramsay Street, Toadie's daughter Nell fails to convince her father to write her a note to excuse her for not completing any of her homework.

Not wanting to attend school and face trouble with her teachers, Nell plays truant and heads off to visit her friend JJ at the vineyard.

The duo get up to some mischief together, with Nell's presence almost being rumbled by Leo and a visiting Krista Sinclair.

It's Toadie who finally realises that something is amiss and he becomes frustrated that Nell always seems to do the wrong thing whenever JJ is around. He sets off to retrieve his daughter from the vineyard.

Suddenly, a masked figure appears at the vineyard and injects a mysterious substance into one of the bottles of wine that JJ is supposed to be looking after.

The bottles have been set aside for the following day's big launch of the Eirini Rising retirement complex. Is someone about to find themselves in serious jeopardy?

Neighbours' Susan and Terese will be blackmailed in upcoming scenes after the real identity of 'Dr Pooper' identity is uncovered.

In scenes airing on the soap next week, Karl ? who has been publicly branded as 'Dr Pooper' amid false rumours he's been defecating in people's gardens during bike rides ? catches the real perpetrator in action while he's out on a solo bike ride.

Although he can't see the individual's face, Karl notices that the cyclist is wearing a YAHMIL ('Young and Hot Males in Lycra') jersey.

Determined to clear his name (and hopefully Erinsborough's gardens), Karl asks Aaron to help him by infiltrating the YAHMILs.

However, when Aaron fails to uncover any information, Karl is forced to take further action, to bring the real culprit to justice.

Later on, Aaron successfully manages to infiltrate the YAHMILs and discovers that the real pooper is Jacob, the man he flirted with just days earlier.

Aaron heads to Eirini Rising to share the photographic evidence with Karl, who's later stunned when Jacob shows up with his grandmother Shirley Burchmore.

A furious Karl confronts Jacob and demands that he publicly own up to being 'Dr Pooper', but Shirley isn't prepared to let her family name be tarnished and comes up with another idea.

She tells Susan and Terese that she won't buy a studio at the Eirini Rising retirement complex if Karl outs Jacob as the culprit, adding that she'll also ask her friends to pull out of their purchases.

Will Shirley's threat keep Karl quiet?
