Monday

George Knight and Elaine Peacock's relationship hanging by a thread

The couple have been drifting further and further apart these past few weeks as George has struggled to cope with the loss of his mum Gloria and repeatedly rejected Elaine's offers of support.

The Vic landlady was also heartbroken to discover George has been boxing at an illegal fight club, and that his former wife Cindy Beale knew all about it when she didn't.

Reeling from her fianc?'s latest betrayal, Elaine arrives back at the pub and is deflated when George seems totally unfazed.

Is he at risk of losing her completely?

Later, Cindy arrives and reveals George is intending on going against the doctor's orders by stepping into the ring again.

George's family plead with him not to risk his life, and Gina Knight even resorts to blackmail - but it's no use, George won't be swayed. He's fighting and that's that.

With tensions rising, Elaine orders Cindy to leave and is comforted by Anna.

Seeing what a state Elaine is in, Anna sends a desperate voicemail to George's estranged son Junior, hoping he can help talk some sense into their father.

Meanwhile, Bianca Jackson hits Walford Market to purchase a few bits for Whitney Dean and Zack Hudson's upcoming wedding.

After failing to haggle prices with the stallholders, Bianca ropes in Whit's foster daughter Britney Wainwright.

The scheming duo work together to fleece Billy Mitchell then return home to show Whitney their spoils.

Later, Whitney slips on her wedding dress to show to Bianca and Britney, but the happy moment is short-lived when the teen lets slip about what she was up to earlier.

Elsewhere, Yolande and Patrick Trueman decide they need some time out after her ordeal at the hands of Pastor Clayton.

Yolande fills Levi in about her intention to leave Walford and he assures her it won't stall the investigation into her reported sexual assault.

Afterwards, Yolande tells Denzel Danes that either Denise or Chelsea Fox will be moving in to keep an eye on him in their absence.

The thought of having free rein is more appealing though and Denzel convinces Yolande to let him stay home alone.

But no sooner have Yolande and Patrick left than the lad is inviting his mates over for a house party.

Also, Amy Mitchell is feeling jealous over his blossoming friendship with fitness influencer Ebony.

Confiding in Penny Branning, Amy admits she wants to sleep with Denzel, but her sibling stresses she should only take that step if she's truly ready.

As the party gets underway at Number 20, Amy asks Denzel if they can go upstairs for some alone time together.

Will they go all the way?


Tuesday

George Knight has an explosive reunion with estranged son Junior

The landlord has previously mentioned the existence of his firstborn, George Jr - who goes by Junior - but very little is known about him or why he and George haven't spoken in years.

In recent weeks, George has tried to contact Junior and inform him about the death of his grandmother Gloria. Anna Knight also left her brother a voicemail, pleading for his help in stopping George compete in illegal boxing matches.

Having not heard anything, the pair assumed Junior had washed his hands of the family - but then George finds himself face to face with his long lost son!

As George reels at the shock of seeing Junior again, he decides to call off his latest fight.

Junior accompanies his father back to the Square, but feels out of place amongst the punters in The Vic.

Making his excuses, Junior leaves the pub and makes his way to Peggy's where he encounters Bianca Jackson - who's experiencing a few family problems of her own.

After flirting up a storm, the pair decide to take things back to Number 25 and it isn't long before they're secretly making their way to the bedroom...

Across the Square, Whitney Dean is on the warpath after finding out Bianca Jackson allowed Britney Wainwright to steal from the market.

Unable to get past it, Whitney tells Bianca she's no longer her maid of honour and furiously orders her step mum out of her life.

Lauren Branning soon arrives at the flat and saves the day by sourcing Whitney an outfit for her hen party.

Grateful for her help, Whitney asks Lauren if she'll take Bianca's place and be her maid of honour.

Lauren accepts, but it's clear her guilt over sleeping with Whitney's fianc? Zack Hudson is eating her up inside.

Over at Number 20, Amy Branning and Denzel Danes' attempt to take their relationship to the next level isn't going to plan.

Denzel finds himself unable to perform because of his steroid use and ends up offending Amy when she tries to ease his embarrassment.

Later on, Nugget Gulati finds Amy sat in McKlunky's and decides to try and cheer her up. But the teen misreads the signals and goes in for a kiss, much to Amy's horror.

Back at home, Penny Branning is desperate to hear all the juicy details about Amy and Denzel's hook-up, but is left worried when it becomes clear her sister is far from okay.



Wednesday

Whitney Dean goes into labour during a fierce standoff with Lauren Branning

It's the day of Whitney and Zack Hudson's sten-do and the locals get donned up in fancy dress to raise a glass to the happy couple.

Tensions remain high between Whitney and Bianca as the former refuses to forgive the latter for allowing Britney Wainwright to go on a stealing spree.

Whitney makes it very clear she's happy about Lauren Branning being her new maid of honour, but this only winds jealous Bianca up further.

Sick of watching Lauren play the dutiful best friend, B issues her with a stinging ultimatum - either she tells Whitney she had sex with Zack or she'll do it for her!

Knowing Bianca isn't the sort of woman who gives empty threats, Lauren tells Whitney she doesn't think Zack is the man for her - but stops herself from admitting everything.

As tensions build between the pair, Bianca tries to intervene, but Penny Branning gets there first and lures Lauren and Whitney to the taco van under false pretences before locking them inside.

Lauren takes a deep breath as she prepares to reveal all, but is stopped in her tracks when Whitney's waters suddenly break.

Baby Hudson is on her way!

Meanwhile, Penny Branning thinks Denzel Danes and Nugget Gulati should be held accountable for their behaviour towards Amy.

Denzel humiliated his girlfriend to mask his own embarrassment after being able to perform in the bedroom, and Nugget took advantage of Amy's vulnerable state by trying to kiss her.

Amy wants to try and resolve the matter by talking, but trouble is brewing when Nugget lies to Denzel that Amy made a move on him.

Heartbroken, Denzel tells Amy they're finished, leaving her reeling in disbelief that he'd believe Nugget's word over hers.

Amy tracks Nugget down to the Minute Mart, but her harsh home truths leave him questioning everything he thought he knew.

Elsewhere, Elaine Peacock makes another attempt to speak to George Knight, but he's too preoccupied by the arrival of his son, Junior.

After dismissing Elaine, George takes Junior for a drink to Peggy's, where he reveals all about their African heritage and Eddie Knight's trial.

How will Junior take the life-changing news?

Also, Kat Mitchell arranges a celebratory meal at Walford East to mark the end of Alfie Moon's hormone therapy treatment for prostate cancer.

Alfie is clearly touched by his former wife's gesture and delighted to have all his family around him.

His adoring glances towards Kat don't go unnoticed by Tommy, who asks Alfie if he wants to get back together with her.

Will he admit his true feelings?



Thursday

Whitney Dean fears she'll be forced to give birth in the back of a van as her labour rapidly progresses

Whitney and Lauren Branning are trapped inside Bianca Jackson's mate's taco van with seemingly no way out.

The pair were locked in by Penny Branning, who was sick of their squabbling and thought they needed to sort things out.

Under pressure from Bianca, Lauren was about to come clean about her one-night stand with Zack Hudson - but before she could say anything Whitney's waters suddenly broke.

As Whitney's contractions build, panic sets in when Lauren tries to raise the alarm but discovers her phone is out of battery.

And the girls' cries for help go unanswered as the locals are too busy enjoying Whitney and Zack's sten-do celebrations to hear them.

Meanwhile, Zack starts to fret when he discovers his pregnant fianc?e is nowhere to be found.

He goes out in search of her, but is then distracted by the entertainment.

Will Lauren be forced to deliver Whitney's baby?

Meanwhile, Tommy Moon turns matchmaker as he attempts to get Kat Slater and Alfie Moon back together.

The lad has cottoned on to the fact his dad is still head over heels for Kat and wants to try to help him win her back.

Actioning his plan, Tommy takes his younger brothers Bert and Ernie home, giving Alfie the chance to make his move.

But things don't go to plan when bumbling Reiss Colwell interrupts with an announcement that completely kills the mood.

Across the Square, troubled Nugget Gulati has a lot on his mind.

The teen tried to put the moves on Denzel Danes' girlfriend Amy Mitchell and when she rejected his advances he panicked and made out it was the other way round.

Nugget's dishonesty has lost him a mate in Amy, and the lad starts questioning the rest of his friendships after a run-in with Penny Branning and an awkward encounter with fitness influencer Ebony.

Feeling uncomfortable in his own skin, Nugget decides bodybuilding steroids are the answer and asks Denzel to hook him up.

Cindy reveals that George is planning another fight and he refuses to listen when his family try to convince him otherwise. Gina even resorts to blackmail to put pressure on George to back out, but it's still no use.

Anna then makes her own move to stop the fight by leaving a message with Junior.

Meanwhile, Amy is jealous of Denzel's growing friendship with Ebony. She decides that she wants to sleep with Denzel, but Penny encourages her to make sure that she's ready before she takes that step.

Elsewhere, Bianca and Britney get up to no good while trying to acquire items for Whitney's wedding. Whitney isn't impressed when Britney lets slip over what happened.

Also today, Yolande and Patrick decide to take a holiday following the pressure of recent events.

George is shocked by the arrival of Junior and finally agrees to call off the fight.

Later, Junior makes his excuses to leave The Vic as he feels out of place. He meets Bianca at the club and the pair end up spending the night together.

Meanwhile, Whitney sacks Bianca as her Maid of Honour after learning that she allowed Britney to steal from the market. Whitney asks Lauren to take on the responsibility instead, but Lauren and Zack are still struggling with their guilt.

Elsewhere, Denzel struggles to sleep with Amy because of the effects of the steroids. This causes tension between the couple. Later, Nugget tries to cheer Amy up but crosses a line by trying to kiss her. Penny worries when Amy seems quiet and upset later on.

The Albert Square residents prepare to dress up for Whitney and Zack's 'sten do'. The day takes a dramatic turn when Bianca warns Lauren to tell Whitney the truth about sleeping with Zack, otherwise she'll do it for her. Lauren tentatively tries to share doubts about Zack with Whitney, but bottles out of telling the truth.

Later, Penny lures Whitney and Lauren to the taco van under false pretences and locks them in. Lauren prepares to reveal all, but they're interrupted when Whitney's waters break.

Meanwhile, Nugget lies to Denzel by making out that Amy was the one who kissed him. Denzel responds by breaking up with Amy. Amy gives Nugget some home truths as he starts to worry about his friendships.

Elsewhere, George tells Junior about his true identity and Eddie's trial.

Also today, Kat and the boys help Alfie to celebrate the end of his hormone therapy. Tommy asks Alfie if he wants to reunite with Kat after noticing his behaviour towards her.

Whitney worries about having to give birth in the taco van, especially when Lauren's phone battery runs out and they're unable to contact anyone. Their cries for help also go unheard.

Zack goes looking for Whitney, but gets distracted by the entertainment at the party.

Meanwhile, Tommy tries to play matchmaker for Kat and Alfie, but the former couple are interrupted by Reiss.

Elsewhere, Nugget questions his friendships after recent events and begs Denzel to give him steroids, wrongly believing that they're the answer.
