EastEnder Alfie Moon may kill himself in an horrific Christmas storyline. It’s just one of several dramatic departures being considered by TV bosses after actor Shane Richie announced his decision to quit.
The plot sees Alfie getting depressed after Nana Moon dies of heart failure. His spirits sink still further when he realises things will never work out with estranged wife Kat – and he finally decides the only way out is suicide (there’s nothing like a bit of seasonal cheer, eh?).
In another possible storyline, Alfie and Kat would reunite and leave the Square together, while a third would see the couple rowing and finally going their separate ways.
“We’ve written several different endings so nobody will know which is the real one until the last minute,” a show mole confided.
all i can say is PLEASE LET THIS SUICIDE STORYLINE BE TRUE. this way shane bloody richie will never ever return.
