What the heck was Polly playing at at the end of the episode? After last week's, she should have known Alistair was dangerous, and going round to his house was only asking for trouble really. Shame, because I did rather like her, then the writers go and make her do something stupid. Funny thing is, I said earlier in the episode after Jeff got attacked that Alistair will probably attack Polly as well, I just didn't think it'd be quite so soon.

I don't think Alastair is dangerous, or that he'll attack Polly.

Well as he hit Jeff, I should clarify that, as he obviously is a bit dangerous - but not to Polly. He's desperate and damaged.

Mentally ill people are more likely to hurt themselves than other people. Alastair is probably blaming himself for not realising Polly was lying or not making her love him enough.
