Animation On Banner

i have just made my first banner can some one go strp by step to put animation on your banner thanx

What animation program are you using?

I don't actually use Paint Shop Pro, so I could be wrong, but I don't think that animates things. I'm pretty sure you need something like Animation Shop.

I'm afraid I can't help with the how-to though, because I use a different program. Try asking on the tutorial thread.
