When i download paint shop pro it says that it is an unknown publisher and it won't let me open the file. What am I doing wrong?

you can buy it or download it by typing paint shop pro in google and going on the corel.co.uk site and it is free and you get it for 60 days

im not very good at explaining things!! when you press 'new' to create the size of your banner at the bottom you will see 'art media background' well you click that then you click enable fill colour and you can then have any colour background you want
