I think Ryan was brought in to do the website for the new centre but he's getting more involved now that Al wants to project a more "inclusive" image and open it up to everyone. The problem is we haven't really learned what the "bare minimum" of disabled access consists of - are there disabled parking spaces, for example, or ramps/lifts etc? And if the activities will be open to visitors with disabilities surely you would need trained, insured staff to look after them? Not sure Kim would like the costs to soar all of a sudden.

How can Mandy hope to get away with pretending she is Lydia Hart/Jenny Flynn when there was pictures of Lydia over all the papers recently, surely the solicitor would have seen some of these?

He would need more proof of identity than her word .. why did he just believe her? Just because he fancies her??? Not a good solicitor then... do not believe that any solicitor would make house visits like he did and Paula.... but guess is part of make believe soap opera ..

I don't understand why Vanessa and Tracey don't tell the police about Kerry and Amy, even if they told the police Tracey pushed Kerry there is no proof she did, no witnesses. In actual fact Tracey could claim self defence because they tried to stop her leaving the house after taking her phone, and Kerry then grabbed Tracey to stop her going to the police. Shortly before Amy threatened Tracey when she said "we don't want to hurt you" suggesting that they were prepared to do so if necessary. In those circumstances I would certainly have taken that as a threat. Even if the police did not believe any of them at least it would be 'out there' and the villagers could make up there own mind who to believe. If they thought anything of their dad they would report it. The police should surely be able to trace the Irish woman they gave the money to and there would be no other explanation as to how they got it. The way Amy is acting it is as if she and Kerry are the victims in this affair, when she said that Kerry nearly dying made them 'even' she seems to have forgotten that Frank actually did die. Just saying "no one was meant to be there" is no excuse in law. They are still guilty of theft and setting fire to the factory. In real life I don't think the threat of Amy telling the police that she pushed Kerry would stop her reporting it. Even allowing for the convenient but unconvincing 'panic attack' brought on by being locked in the cupboard. I hope this not going to be another story where characters get away with crimes because the programme does not want to axe them. - Soaps rarely ever manage to write a convincing murder story.
