Very predictable episode, Liam losing it and and Manpreet will have a breakdown when she is giving evidence. I am looking forward to the outcome though, there must be an unexpected twist to come yet to give us the right outcome for Meena's actions.

She does not know she is insane/schizophrenic, a doctor would need to diagnose her with those conditions ....

In the real world I question whether Meena would be considered competent to stand trial. Even if she does not know she has mental health problems she could still could still choose insanity as a plea, and fake the symptoms, although she really has a condition. Has she been accessed by a psychiatrist to determine her mental state? It is fairly obvious that there is something not quite right about her. I think she would be consdered unfit to stand trial, and would be sectioned and sent to a high security psychiatric hospital. Although if she did plead insanity she would still be sectioned and end up in a secure unit. Either way it would be an alternative to prison, unless of course she is found not guilty.

I've got a feeling that is exactly what will happen, I think she will loose it, thinking no one is taking her seriously and start bragging about how good she was at killing people and hiding it. Hoisted by her own petard. Let's hope so.

I can't see Meena agreeing to plead insanity as that would probably take away the feeling of triumph she
has had and is still having. But maybe she will get sectioned after standing trial and ends up in a secure psychiatic hospital which is where she should be to get the help she clearly needs.
