Monday

Emmerdale's Ethan Anderson is arrested after his dad Charles Anderson dobs him into the police

Ruby Fox-Miligan struggles to cope while she and Caleb Miligan sit by their son Nicky's bedside as he continues to fight for his life following a car accident.

Nicky was left for dead by Ethan after the solicitor lost control of Nicky's car and crashed it while under the influence. In a moment of madness, Ethan dragged an unconscious Nicky from the car and made it appear as if Nicky was behind the wheel, before fleeing the scene.

Ethan has kept it a secret ever since, but the guilt of his crime is eating away at him as his family praise him ahead of his new job and Charles notices his son's discomfort.

Ruby opens up to Moira Dingle about Nicky's condition and they bond despite their rivalry. The fiery matriarch is hellbent on revenge for Nicky's accident and wants to know who was driving Nicky?s car.

At the hospital, Caleb reconciles with brother Cain Dingle and Caleb vows to find the driver.

Meanwhile, Charles can see that Ethan is feeling troubled about something and encourages him into the church for an honest conversation.

Charles is stunned when Ethan admits that he was driving the car when Nicky had his accident and that he intends to lie to the police. To add to the vicar's horror, Ethan asks him to give an alibi for his whereabouts the night of the accident.

Later on, Ethan is arrested for Nicky?s accident and he's devastated to realise that his own father reported him to the police.

A raging Ruby sees Ethan's arrest from Main Street and soon realises that he must have been driving Nicky?s car.

Charles starts to regret his decision as he watches his family?s heartbreak to see Ethan taken away by the police.

Elsewhere, Ella Forster and Liam Cavanagh are loved up as they settle down to wine and a picnic.

Elsewhere, Amy Wyatt reluctantly agrees to give Pollard one last chance after he swindled her mum Kerry Wyatt out of thousands of pounds.


Tuesday

Emmerdale's Ella Forster has worries about her relationship with Liam Cavanagh

After her whirlwind romance with Dr Liam, Ella feels overwhelmed by how fast her relationship is progressing.

Ella started working as a receptionist at the doctor's surgery earlier this year after defending Mandy Dingle against her former boss and sparks began to fly between her and Liam in the workplace.

Despite his secret feelings for Chas Dingle, Liam started dating Ella after she kissed him in front of her. But could these secret worries cause Ella to end their romance?

Meanwhile, Vinny Dingle also has worries of his own as he opens up to Paddy Kirk about feeling lonely.

Ever since the death of his wife Liv Flaherty, Vinny has struggled to move on and controlling Tom King decided to find him a girlfriend to stop Vinny from spending time with his wife Belle King.

Vinny was left mortified when he called Gabby Thomas over to the table and didn't care about humiliating him in front of his friend.

Vinny was also a victim of a horrific attack at the hands of Tom who hit him over the head with a paperweight and now cruelly belittles Vinny over his sexual status as Tom has grown jealous of his friendship with Belle.


Wednesday

Emmerdale's Tom King ups his control over wife Belle King as he targets her finances

Belle has been the victim of coercive control and domestic violence at the hands of her husband Tom. Gradually, Tom has become more controlling and manipulative over Belle, with him trying to isolate her from friends and family, forcing her to change her surname and trying to make her give up work.

Tom constantly gaslights her into thinking she's the one in the wrong when she stands up to his behaviour and has since taken his abuse to unthinkable measures by installing a tracker on Belle's phone to monitor her every move, as well as a camera in their home so he can hear all her conversations.

He even attacked Belle's friend Vinny Dingle in a jealous rage and has been pressuring her into starting a family. Desperate not to get pregnant with Tom's baby, Belle has been taking her birth control in secret.

But Belle's nightmare is set to continue as Tom finds another way to isolate her from her family by opening a joint account for them both as he seizes control of another aspect of her life.

With alarm bells ringing that Belle might become a victim of financial abuse, will she manage to escape Tom's evil clutches?

Meanwhile, Mandy Dingle asks Gabby Thomas to spend some time with her lonely son Vinny to cheer him up.

Also, Nicola King is stressed about the lack of progress in organising the village fete.


Thursday

Vinny Dingle makes a move on Gabby Thomas

Widower Vinny has been feeling rather lonely lately and his mum Mandy Dingle has been eager to cheer him up.

After recruiting his friend Gabby to spend some time with him to lift his spirits, Gabby and Vinny enjoy each other?s company in the Hide.

But Vinny is left mortified when he misreads the situation and kisses Gabby, who doesn't feel the same.

When Vinny apologises to Gabby, she lets slip about Mandy and Paddy Kirk?s involvement in their plans, leaving Paddy wracked with guilt to see Vinny so humiliated and angry.

Tom King is furious to find his wife Belle King talking to Lydia Dingle and Mandy Dingle on the puppy cam. Wanting to control every element of Belle's life, Tom listens to their conversation as they playfully tease him behind his back, oblivious that he can hear their every word.

When Tom arrives home unexpectedly, Belle is relieved that he's friendly to her sister-in-law and cousin, but has concerns whether he's being genuine.

When they leave, Tom's mood takes a sinister turn and Belle is terrified when Tom turns on her, unleashing his vile temper.


Friday

Emmerdale's Lydia Dingle bonds with a newcomer, which threatens to destroy her friendship with Kim Tate

Kim has had a very unwelcome visitor living in her home after her husband Will Taylor's ex-wife Rose rocked up in the village wanting to reconcile with her estranged daughter Dawn Taylor.

Dawn invited Rose to temporarily live with them at Home Farm and it's safe to say Kim is not happy about it!

Kim has made it clear that she is not welcome and Rose is reeling as the businesswoman continues to exclude her from the family.

Later that day, Rose talks to Kim's close friend Lydia Dingle, curious about her and Kim's friendship. When Kim sees Lydia and her love rival Rose bonding, she is jealous of their newfound connection.

Could this endanger Lydia's friendship with Kim?

Meanwhile, Laurel Thomas gives Gabby Thomas something to think about when she suggests that her former step-daughter should break away from her usual type in men. Could romance be on the horizon for Gabby and Vinny Dingle?

Also, Tom King continues to manipulate his wife Belle King and a stressed Billy Fletcher struggles to juggle childcare duties with hospital visits.

Meanwhile, after an unusual date at the scrapyard, Ella and Liam are smitten as they settle down to wine and a picnic.

Tom is furious to find Belle chatting to Lydia and Mandy on the puppy cam and begins to listen into their conversation. The three playfully tease Tom behind his back, unaware that he's furiously listening to every word.

When Tom arrives home unexpectedly, Belle is relieved to find that he's pleasant to Mandy and Lydia but worries whether he's being genuine.

Sure enough, Tom's mood turns menacing when they leave and Belle finds herself in a terrifying situation when Tom turns on her once again.

Meanwhile, Gabby and Vinny enjoy each other's company in the Hide. Vinny misreads the situation and kisses Gabby but is mortified when it becomes clear that she doesn't feel the same.
