This PESCU story is nonsense, first Bossy Bernice, now Bossy Bob, it is the Council's job to clear up. Moving a few branches is OK, but building sheds and benches, who is paying for this? Also the legal implications if someone sits on a public bench, repaired by a resident and it collapses and causes an injury, who would be liable. As for Sam who recently suffered a near death experience being able to help??????

Seems a bit that way and that Noah is getting pushed out. Like him or loathe him, at least Noah is willing to step up, which is more than Samson has done. Amelia is blind if she suddenly believes that Samson has a genuine interest after the way that he was screaming at her telling her to get rid of the baby before. Personally, I'd be steering well clear of him. Speaking as somone who's father has never wanted anything to do with me right from when I was a baby, you're better off without someone like that in your life.
