I heard Pearl and Sandy mention Edna and how she would have liked to have been at the wedding but didn't catch the reason why she wasn't there. Did anyone hear them say why?

No, I did not hear them say why she was not there, just that she would have enjoyed the ceremony and then Sandy cheered that his son was married again and with a baby on the way

Yes I remember early Kim being nice, attractive, a horse type, tweedy. She thought a lot of Frank at that point and was making an effort to get on with Zoe. I thought it was later when they turned Emmerdale into "Dallas with Wellies" that Kim had the big shoulder pads and became the Joan Collins of Yorkshire.
