I presume Rebecca is still alive as she wrote the message ... would a transplant hospital not make absolutely sure that the donor heart is suitable and fit for transplant before wheeling the recipient into theatre?

Megan: For the love of god, get over it.
Frank: You know what, never mind - you go, be with her you idiot.
David: What's a dad for, if not pawning off your business onto him if you ever want to get your rock off.
Faith: Smart cookie, lets talk about the futility of life saving surgery next to Sarah's bloody room. GENIUS!
Maya: Yes, I think it would be odd dating a student's dad. "What do you mean I can't swear in your class - the language you used on the other side of the wall last night, sweet jesus. And I thought you said it wasn't nice to lie."
Dog owning Cow: Literally British trailer trash.
Monty: A L L D O G S I N Y O R K S H I R E L O O K T H E S A M E
Zak: Your great granddaughter is getting a heart transplant, your niece is about to lose her baby, your soon to be daughter in law might have cancer - what do you care about? D O G G O, always D O G G O

Jacob: Grow up and stop running back to your dad's ex whenever you get confused.
Maya: Don't assume something someone else knows... rookie soap mistake - seen it.
Tracey: Don't bring something up (your abortion) unless you plan to divulge it, stop wasting our time.
Debbie: You have the authority to force her to have this operation, stop trying to be the nice mum... who cares?
Literally the only reason this episode has to exist is to establish Jacob knowing about the abortion and Frank planning further shenanigans... that's all. A stronger episode would weave this between interesting character building, reflecting Frank's anxiety re-entering into an old relationship, David's turmoil dealing with the conflict between his love life and parental life, or fleshing out motivations in the Sarah storyline with greater clarity than stock expressions. Wasted potential.
meh
