Mel C celebrates arrival of first child

Spice Girl mel c has given birth to her first child, the singer's spokeswoman has confirmed.

Mel C celebrates arrival of Scarlet Starr weighed in at 8lb 3oz on Sunday.

Both mother and baby "are doing fine", the spokeswoman added.
The baby's father is Mel C's - real name Melanie Chisholm - long-term partner Thomas Starr.
Mel C, who was known as Sporty Spice in the group, is the last of the five to become a mother.
