30 Foods Women Should Try Before They're 30

    http://style.uk.msn.com/wellbeing/he...entid=14291409

apparently they are all really good for you (most of them ive never even heard of!). the only ones ive tried are:

    tofu
    seaweed
    lychees
    pomegranates
    beetroot

and beetroot is the only one i eat even slightly regularly, i didnt like pomegranates and the others were ok. doubt i will ever try any of the others though

also, something i thought was interesting that it said:

You might think that sushi is raw fish, but in fact it's vinegared rice topped with either the fish itself or other meats and vegetables. The healthy combination of protein, fats, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates in sushi means that it's a nutritionally balanced dish on its own.

    Soya beans
    Seaweed
    Jerusalem Artichokes
    Manuka Honey
    Pomegranates
    Figs
Beetroot - although I don't like them that much.
Herring - Yummm with creme freche and apples as a cold salad type dish

Although many of them I'd never heard of and never seen in the supermarket so you'd have to search hard to find them!
Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

Well - I am 44 so I am too late to try the 3 on the list I haven't eaten:

    White tea
    Edamame
    Kimchi

I must admit that a few of the items were eaten only on a Gillian McKeith detox diet a few years ago.
