    I love art and seeing public sculpture, but quite frankly not impressed by the white horse idea...it needs to be something orginal and imaginative....

    Ido too. But not at this price in these days. There are more important issues that need funding at the moment.

    The government are on about spending our way out of recession, soooo I think if it employs a number of people to make it, and brings enjoyment to many, then they could waste money on worse things.... I just had the concept...a big horse!
