Paint Shop Pro but I get brushes from different places, mainly livejournal
latexandleather does some really good textures and stuff on livejournal

EDIT: Some stuff so far was made using PSP 9 but PSP X2 is what I used for the recent stuff.. I need to download the trial again..

How do you do the border around people? do ya get what i mean
