There are rumours flying around that someone gets raped. The image in the clue about repaying the favour is from the scene before he told Belle about his grandfather. She was there for him, maybe she's the one who is raped and Aden is there for her.

Im still trying to think about it like that, I mean she must have pretty bad injuries so I like to think thats its him looking after her I dont want to think about the rape, I mean if it happens, I just think its too soon for a big thing like that after al the attention and big storylines theyve had
