The actors name is Tristian Gemmill he has appeared in london's Burning playing Frank Mooney, The Bill playing DS Cork a copper who stalks Dc Kate Speirs he recently appeared in Distant Shores opposite Peter Davidson and Samantha Bond
I agree he's sexy and deserves more screen time and maybe an affair with Chrissie as it was obvious he fancied her
