Love Rat Steve McDonald wastes no time moving on to his next conquest – hairdresser Natasha.

The troubled lad has spent months bed-hopping between fiancée Michelle Connor and lover Becky Granger.

And he decides to take his mind off his problems by going on a date with the gorgeous blonde, below.

Sadly for Natasha he’s still hung up on ex-jailbird Becky.

But when Becky finds Steve plans to date Natasha, viewers are left in no doubt she still has feelings for him despite getting back with builder Jason Grimshaw.

And Steve can’t help but use the situation with Natasha to fuel Becky’s jealousy. An insider said: “Steve went from having the love of two girls to none – all in the space of a few days.

“He desperately wants Becky to give things another go but she’s happy with Jason and doesn’t want to risk losing what they have.



“When Natasha shows she’s inter-ested he decides he’s nothing to lose and organises a date with her.

“He figures it will take his mind off losing Becky to Jason and at the same time make her jealous.

“Poor Natasha has no idea he’s still in love with Becky. She thinks Steve is quite a catch, despite his reputation, and goes all out to win him over.

“But having had two women on the go for the last few months this is probably the last thing that he needs right now.”

But Becky (Katherine Kelly, 29) tells him: "This is what that Hamilton racing fella felt like! Numero uno!" Katherine explained: "Natasha from the salon comes over to do her hair and produces a bottle of Scotch.

"Then Steve sends over a bottle of champagne and his mum Liz sends another. By the time she gets to the ceremony she is totally legless!" Fans will have to wait to see if she actually manages to tie the knot.
