Sorry for your loss Chris. We're all around if you need to vent

Been to sainsburys this afternoon for a few bits. Got season one of 24 for £15. Really need to clean my bathroom and hover up before I watch it though. A day and a half left of nothingness before lectures start again.

Can't remember if I've said this, one of my lectures has been moved from an hour on Monday afternoon to two hours on Tuesday afternoon. The module sounds interesting (case report analysis) so the extra hour doesn't bother me, just the time. 3pm - 5pm is the worst time of day for me Not a great deal anyone can do about it I guess.
    Thanks CrazyLea

    Sorry about your grandad Chris.

Well I totally failed on the work front today. And I've just realised I have a currently half finished coursework due on Monday. And also some history. Whoops.
Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

Ahh what a loooooooooong day. Good day... but very loooooong.
I rang work this morning at like quarter past 11 to see when my hours were this week but the rota hadn't been done, but my manager was like "I'm glad you called... could you come in at half 12 please"... talk about rush! I was in the bath hair washed and dried and everything and out of the door by quarter past 12!
And then when I got to work they asked me to work until close so I've been in until 11. I'm so tired lol, was fun though

You worked 12.30pm until 11pm? I think there are laws against that. Are you 17 still?

    Just checked here.
If workers are over the minimum school-leaving age but under 18, they must not work for more than eight hours a day or 40 hours a week. These hours worked cannot be averaged out and there is no opt-out available. If you employ anybody in this age group you must also give them:

a break of 30 minutes every four-and-a-half hours worked
a rest period of 12 hours between each working day
    two days off a week
Young workers may not ordinarily work at night between 10pm and 6am.
