    Saturday 27th September Casualty Spoilers

Jordan prepares for another day in the ED as the long-running medical drama continues.

Adam doesn't like change, and he doesn't trust Jordan, either. As the pair continue to clash, Adam wants to know why the celebrated heart surgeon has come to run their ED. Ruth, on the other hand, is thriving under Jordan's leadership and seems to have started dressing in a more glamorous and feminine way.

Meanwhile, two sisters, Penny and Jean, discover their mother has collapsed. It appears the elderly lady may have taken an overdose, and one of her daughters may have helped.

Elsewhere, Zoe leaves work briefly and secretly visits a gynaecologist to see if she can have children.

Emergency treatment is later needed when a car falls on a man's leg after a fight at a garage. Jordan takes control in resus, but seems to have a memory lapse. No-one picks up on it and, without hesitation, Ruth continues where Jordan leaves off.

The other man involved in the fight takes Charlie hostage, but Charlie notices he needs urgent treatment and Abs seizes control. Jordan pulls off the tricky operation, enjoying the opportunity to show off his surgical skills – despite Adam's opposition.

Jordan leaves the ED in deep thought and gets into his car. He takes a letter from his glove box – a referral appointment to see a specialist – studies it, then screws it into a tight ball.

Nick Jordan is played by Michael French, Adam by Tristan Gemmill, Ruth by Georgia Taylor, Zoe by Sunetra Sarker, Charlie by Derek Thompson and Abs by James Redmond.

    I'll guess early onset Alzheimer's.

Bless Ruth and her crush. Although, considering where her last crush led, I hope this doesn't set her back! (especially considering nick's form of being mean to people.)

Casualty's on top form judging by these spoilers
Peter: So how many are there? Is it bad? Olivia: Did you eat? Peter: Yeah. Olivia: Well, that's unfortunate.

Never did like Nick Jordan. Mind you though his "walk with me" comment did remind me of the great Anton Meyer.
Could Ruth be any more obvious with her sucking up to Nick?
My guess is early onset dementia of one type or another. Makes me feel sorry for him really
