    Hollyoaks Spoilers 08-12 September

    2381: Myra consoles John Paul
    Airs on Monday, September 8 2008 at 18:30 BST on Channel 4


    A distracted Niall arrives at Steph's and receives a frantic call from John Paul, informing him of Kieron's apparent suicide. Niall races to find a devastated John Paul in complete denial - he's adamant that Kieron would never take his own life. Arriving at the McQueens', Myra and Mercedes are equally shattered and as the family attempt to come to terms with Kieron's demise. John Paul can't help but confess to Mercedes that he thinks Craig's reappearance has influenced the situation.

    At Steph's flat, Craig is equally guilty at the news when Steph informs him and insists on seeing John Paul, but Steph persuades him to bide his time. Meanwhile, Niall and Myra discuss Kieron's 'suicide' and she furtively asks him if Kieron ever mentioned anything about some information he was checking out for her. Alerted to this, Niall's full of curiosity. However, Myra quickly changes the subject. John Paul's guilt ridden when Craig arrives on his doorstep, but he insists he can't deal with speaking to him and forces Craig to leave, but not before Myra's curiosity is roused. Upon questioning John Paul further, Myra's disgusted to hear how he cheated on Kieron with Craig. Aware of Myra's disapproval of his actions, John Paul decides to go back to the flat. John Paul can't cope with losing Kieron and tells Craig they're over - and this time it's for good…

    Kris is furious when he discovers that Malachy's failed to reach Ireland in time for their mum's birthday and vows to track him down. It appears that he's disappeared without trace, even Mercedes has been stood up by him - and she's fuming! Meanwhile, Nancy and Ravi's relationship continues to grow, but Ravi's disappointed when their lie in is cut short by Nancy - she's off to help out on Kris' radio show. In the SU, Hannah announces her intentions of running for Entertainments Officer, and is surprised when Elliot also announces his plans to run against her. Back at the Loft, Nancy's shocked when a drunken Malachy appears. After being kicked out by Ravi, Nancy takes him back to her flat, and it's here that a rambling and incoherent Malachy discloses he's HIV positive before passing out… Meanwhile, in an attempt to get back at Malachy, Mercedes and Kris concoct a plan of revenge as they spend the night between the sheets together…

    Tony stands no chance against Jacqui when she informs him she's taking over the running of Washed Up. Attempting to placate her, he finds himself totally bamboozled and out of his depth when it comes down to her new career as Senior Supervising Manager. As her plans unfurl, Jacqui's excitement builds and it's not long before she arrives face to face with a bewildered Mike. As her visions come pouring out, Mike stands his ground and refuses to pander to her plans, but tensions escalate and Mike finds himself making a decision which will effect his future…


    2382: Nancy forces Malachy and Kris to talk

    Nancy's concern for Malachy escalates when he wakes and insists he lied about telling her he was HIV positive. Fully aware that he's lying, Nancy goes along with his wishes and agrees to keep his so-called joke to herself - for now. Meanwhile, an embarrassed Mercedes and Kris share an awkward moment when they wake after spending the night together. Realising their condom split, a laid back Mercedes insists she'll get the morning after pill and everything will be fine!

    Later, at the Media Lab, Nancy is horrified to hear Kris confess to his one night stand with Mercedes and alarm bells ring further when he admits that they've had to fork out for the morning after pill, too, as they've had unprotected sex! Kris is furious when a dishevelled Malachy arrives back at Halls. However, remaining uncommunicative he heads off to his room and Kris' frustrations continue to grow. Once the party is underway, Nancy insists the brothers need to talk and instigates a meeting, imploring them both to discuss the life changing past 24 hours…

    Calvin's completely forgotten to sort out a best man for his wedding and offers the job to Leo and Danny. As they vie for the role, father and son pitch themselves against each other. As talk turns to the best man speech, Leo fancies his chances - after all, he's eloquent and can string a sentence together. However, all his hard work is in vain when Danny nicks his speech, makes a few tweaks and Calvin chooses him over Leo.

    Sarah's enlisted as Hannah's campaign manager for the Entertainment's Officer election, while Zak is firmly behind Elliot in his quest for the job. As the campaign progresses, both managers resort to underhand tactics to ensure their candidate receives the best PR.
    Attempting to drum up some publicity, the four have a live slot on Kris' radio show, but soon the atmosphere turns sour. When the insults become personal, the interview is called to a premature halt. As the election party in Halls gets underway, Elliot and Hannah take a back seat and let Zak and Sarah fight it out amongst themselves for supremacy.

    Mike's down in the dumps after resigning yesterday, but he's in for a treat when Michaela turns up. With a plan of fun to cheer him up, they spend the afternoon eating chocolates and watching DVDs. When talk turns to Michaela and her writing, Mike thrills her by praising her work and agrees to support her in any way he can. When Zoe arrives, Mike takes the opportunity to inform both girls of his plans for the future - he's about to become a student at HCC. He's going back to university…


    2383: Kris and Malachy come to blows
    Airs on Wednesday, September 10 2008 at 18:30 BST on Channel 4


    The party's in full swing when Sarah announces her secret weapon - she's booked a band downstairs in the SU. Leila takes the opportunity to make some money by offering Reiki massages, while Elliot and Hannah both fear that the competitiveness between Zak and Sarah is getting out of hand. As the party spills downstairs, Elliot and Hannah visibly relax and with only stragglers left, Louise and Cindy crash in, looking for fun. Once Warren has removed the two gatecrashers, Elliot and Hannah set about the big clean up, and realise they have more in common than they thought, who needs a party when you can have a nice cup of tea…?

    Kris and Malachy stare each other out, each willing the other to speak first. An intuitive Kris realises something has happened over the weekend and implores Malachy to fess up, but before he does, his own guilt gets the better of him and he blurts out that he slept with Mercedes. Rocked to his core, Malachy is devastated to hear that if he hadn't have disappeared over the weekend, it would never have happened. As the realisation dawns that he may have infected both his girlfriend and his brother, Malachy is distraught. Upon hearing that the condom spilt, Malachy has no option other than to tell Kris the awful truth. Refusing to confirm when he's going to tell Mercedes about his condition, an almighty row ensues between the brothers and they come to blows. Later that evening, visiting A&E to be tested, Kris contemplates the terrible prospect of life with HIV…

    An excited Mandy coerces Warren into going back to Steph's flat to look at some surprise details for his wedding to Louise. Unbeknown to Mandy, a crafty Steph sees the exchange and smiles knowingly. Warren feigns interest in the honeymoon, saying it's a bit too expensive for his liking, preferring to flirt with Mandy instead. Meanwhile, Cindy has found Louise in the Dog and invites her to stay for a glass or two of wine… Fuelling Louise's paranoia, Cindy suggests they make a night of it and proposes they head to the party in halls, before sneakily telling Louise that she saw Warren and Mandy together earlier. Louise jumps at the chance to stay out and they head off to the party. Warren's furious to discover Louise in such a drunken state…

    Danny's in trouble when Lauren reads his best man speech out and Leo overhears, recognising his own wording. When the truth comes out that Danny's been chosen as Calvin's best man, Leo gets a huge sulk on. Apologising to Leo, Danny offers to step down as best man. However, Leo remains adamant he should be - as he's going to be too busy organising his own wedding! As they try to comprehend what he means, Leo spells it out - he's going to ask Valerie to marry him!


    2384: Malachy and Mercedes return to the bedroom
    Airs on Thursday, September 11 2008 at 18:30 BST on Channel 4


    Hannah's concerned how Sarah's life has been taken over by the election and by how little thought she's showing towards Elliot. Zak attempts to encourage Elliot to trendy himself up for the election, but he's far from comfortable in his new guise. Seeking solace in each other, Hannah and Elliot take a back seat and discuss how Zak and Sarah are making them both out to be something that they're not. Seizing the opportunity, Elliot decides to throw the election and sneaks extra voting slips into Hannah's ballot box. When Hannah's announced as the new Entertainments Ofiicer, Elliot stands back and allows her to shine in the limelight. Zak takes the result badly, but it's Sarah who's celebrating in style. Promising Elliot the night of his life, Sarah prepares the setting. However she doesn't bargain for Elliot's reaction.

    Carmel's full of romantic notions about her forthcoming wedding but it's a very different situation at the Valentines', with Calvin barely coping with the guilt as pressure from Warren continues to build. Calvin confesses his guilt over Nige to Warren and informs him he's not the man everyone thinks he is. Forced into a corner, Calvin sees no other option than to cancel the wedding. However, Warren insists he needs to pull himself together. When Carmel arrives, she's delighted to hear that Warren's arranging Calvin's stag night. Valerie's aware that things aren't right with Calvin but he won't admit it and although they share a charged hug, they quickly separate, knowing there's an attraction between them which should never raise its head…

    Malachy's horrified when he discovers what Kris has to go through taking the PEP drugs, but it's worth it if it may stop him contracting HIV. As the PEP drug side effects begin to take a hold, Kris realises he's in for a rocky time as his body's gripped with pain.

    Meanwhile, Malachy approaches Mercedes with a view to confessing the truth about his illness. However, he's unable to pluck up the courage. Instead, after a heartfelt apology from Mercedes for sleeping with Kris, they both admit that they've each been in the wrong. Agreeing that they're the best thing that ever happened to each other, they soon fall into each others arms and subsequently, Mercedes' bed, still without the truth of Malachy's HIV being spoken…

    A hungover Louise wakes to a severe telling off from Warren. Defending herself, she brings up his secret meeting with Mandy yesterday, but the egg's on her face when Warren explains he was trying to organise a surprise for their honeymoon. When Warren arrives late for their meal in Il Gnosh, a paranoid Louise accuses him of having an affair with Mandy and an exasperated Warren once again has to defend himself. However, Louise tells him he seems to forget that she knows what a good liar he is - and chillingly asks if he remembers Sean…


    2385: Calvin and Val share another kiss
    Airs on Friday, September 12 2008 at 18:30 BST on Channel 4


    The Valentines' is awash with talks of hen nights and stag dos. Carmel voices her concerns about Calvin to Valerie, but she allays her fears with talk of wedding jitters. Danny and Leo are excited about the stag do, but Calvin can't feel anything but apathy for the night ahead.

    When they arrive at the Loft, Leo and Danny are delighted to see that Warren's organised a stripper for the occasion. Calvin's attention, however, is drawn to a mystery man who heads into Warren's office. Calvin forces his way into the office and is floored when he discovers a briefcase stuffed with bricks of cocaine. Torn on whether or not to report Warren, Calvin flees the Loft.

    Arriving home, Calvin and Valerie are both surprised to see each other. Valerie's aware something is playing on his mind and beseeches him to trust her. Soon, one thing leads to another and Valerie finds herself kissing Calvin, before he calls a halt to proceedings. To make matters worse, Calvin blurts out that Leo's going to ask her to marry him tomorrow. Panic struck, Valerie resorts to drastic measures to combat her feelings for Calvin and also manages to destroy her family along the way.

    Sarah's perturbed to hear that Zoe's going to be filming an interview with Hannah, Zak and Elliot for HCC student channel. As they gather for the filming to begin, Zoe's interview becomes more hard-line, with accusations of votes being rigged. The friends bicker and grow uncomfortable under the camera's glare, especially Sarah, whose discomfort is evident. Sarah finally she blurts out that Elliot dumped her. Elliot attempts to make Sarah see why he can't be with her and reluctantly she acknowledges his feelings - she finally understands his reasons for dumping her. As Hannah and Elliot talk about the election, he confesses that it was him who rigged the vote. Hannah's shocked by his announcement and walks off leaving a lovelorn Elliot in her wake…

    Jacqui and Mercedes feel terrible that the McQueens haven't planned anything for Carmel's hen do. Seizing the moment, Myra enlists a military-style operation to get Carmel away from Valerie and her dull night in. As the McQueens rally round, they finally bring Carmel back to the house and turn the heat up on the hen do. With Jacqui in charge of the false tan machine, the sisters take it in turns to have their tan's topped up before dressing up as police women in honour of Carmel's profession. Just as they're heading to the Dog to continue the fun, the sisters flinch - Carmel appears to be as bright as a Seville orange in summer…

    Kris' agony is clear to see and hear as the PEP drugs take their hold. In between bouts of severe illness, Kris manages to ask if Malachy has told Mercedes the truth about his HIV, and unable to bring himself to tell the truth, Malachy lies and tells Kris she knows everything….
