I love it! I bought her album ages ago when she had just released What you waiting for and its really good. Sounds different to all the other albums I own, some of the songs have an eighty-ish feel to them, like some of the earlier stuff Madonna released. A couple of songs songs sound like No doubt too, it covers quite a range of styles.

I loved What you waiting for, and I liked Rich Girls before she released it and then it started to annoy me.
Anyone think she looks younger in the Hollaback Girl video?
