Maybe Whitney got an older friend to claim, then gave them a bit for doing it... to make a claim that big I think they need ID and you to claim in person so she can't just have passed for 16.

since Whitney is so street wise, i am sure she managed to get a fake ID some where to cash it in. Shes been known to steal things before, so why is it any different now with the Lottery ticket..

yeh maybe she got someone older to cash it. im sure they would probably only except something like a passport/driving license as id, most places dont except anything else now

you dont need id for small amounts, i think anything over £1000 you need id for
