Have never tired it so cant really say but please be very careful if you do your own underarms becuase of the glands there. It is the sorest thing I have ever had waxed and never did it again.

I agree with Moonstorm there Shiv, I get everywhere waxed, but my underarms - Noooooo Wayyyy!!!!
No idea if it works though tbh - any waxing lasts between 4-6 weeks, but also depends on your own hair regrowth too
