hi, I don't think this was anything serious as it seems to be clearing up now! my neck and head are both fine now, no pain at all. and my throat is 10 times better than it was earlier on in the week, still a bit sore but nothing of great annoyance lol. sorry to have made a drama out of nothing but think i should be ok. not sure what it was, just glad its nearly gone! lol
