    I prefer Rugby players myself ;)

    I'm annoyed because Euro 2008 is going to push Holby to a Thursday in a couple of weeks and we can't be having that!

    great tv schedules messed around for the sake of some games that no one is interested in, why waste time showing it if England isn't in it?

    thank god for Big Brother on channel 4 is all I say.

    thats what my mum said, although i can see why cos some people might wanna watch it as its a major tournament and might not have sky etc. also did the bbc/itv already pay for the rights to show it before they knew england werent in it?

    Exclamation Soaps showing during Euro 2008

    Not sure where to put this as it affects a few soaps, hope this is the right place.

    Euro 2008 begins on Saturday, June 7 and you all know what that means - mayhem in the soaps schedules.

    Here's what the first week looks like at the moment. Significant changes appear in red font.

    UPDATES:
    Thursday, May 29 at 10am: The BBC schedules are not final but are unlikely to change. The final listings will be released later today. Check back later for any updates. The ITV schedules, however, are final and will not change.
    Thursday, May 29 at 2.20pm: The BBC Schedules have now been confirmed. The below schedules will not now change.

    Sunday, June 8
    Coronation Street - 8pm (1 hour)
    Monday, June 9
    Emmerdale - 7pm (30 mins) - As normal
    No Coronation Street
    EastEnders - 8pm (30 mins) - As normal

    Tuesday, June 10
    Emmerdale - 7pm (30 mins) - No hour episode
    EastEnders - 7.30pm (30 mins) - As normal

    Wednesday, June 11
    Emmerdale - 7pm (30 mins) - As normal
    Coronation Street - 7.30pm (30 mins)
    EastEnders - 8pm (1 hour) - Comprising Thursday's and Friday's episodes

    Thursday, June 12
    Emmerdale - 7pm (30 mins) - As normal
    No EastEnders

    Friday, June 13
    Emmerdale - 7pm (30 mins) - As normal
    Coronation Street - 7.30pm (30 mins) - As normal
    No EastEnders
    Coronation Street - 8.30pm (30 mins) - As normal

    Meanwhile, Hollyoaks, Home and Away, Neighbours, Casualty, Holby City and The Bill remain in their usual slots.

    not to bad then theres arent that many moved about due to the football.

    Im cheering on Croatia and Switzerland. as Gelson and Corlucka who play for Man City play for them. The nly two in the Euro.

    should be some good footy. As Kath said abve some footballers do have a good set of thighs on them.
