Shadrach finally meets Gennie

When Gennie arrives unexpectedly, Paddy invites her to Eli’s party. She’s disturbed to see Shadrach boozing on the street with Eli and Paddy is quick to shepherd her away. Gennie comments that Shadrach reminds her of a man who slept rough where she grew up. At the party, Gennie comments on how nice everyone seems. When she asks Paddy whose party it is, he tells her its a family by the name of Dingle, leaving Gennie shocked and anxious about what will happen next. Will the lady meet the tramp?
Meanwhile when Mel shows up with Arthur, Laurel is thrown and refuses to take him even though she had arranged to babysit. She confesses to Ashley that she can’t face having him in the house. When Hilary discovers that Mel and Greg plan to move away, she begs them to stay, leaving them feeling confused by her outburst. Will Mel and Greg discover her suspicions?
Elsewhere, Lily opens Pearl’s post to discover she has won a competition and the prize is a cruise for two people. Lily, Edna and Betty all want to go on the cruise but Pearl tells them they’ll have to be on their best behaviour until she decides who to take. Will it be handbags at dawn?
Ross comes clean with Marlon

Vaughan informs Donna that as they can't prove her allegations against Shane she should withdraw her complaint. However she's at breaking point after Shane threatens her once again, and tells Marlon that she's thinking of resigning.
When a guilt-ridden Ross overhears, he confesses all to Marlon about why he hasn't told the truth. Initially furious, Marlon agrees to keep it from Donna in return for his help in getting back at Shane. Will the cocky copper finally get his comeuppance?
Elsewhere, Shadrach makes a big effort attempting to cook a meal in preparation for Gennie's visit. Chas arrives late and the others have already started.
Put out when Shadrach admits that he forgot she was coming, Chas's jealousy is compounded as she witnesses her father and his prodigal daughter bonding in the pig sty. Can Chas cope with a new sister in on the act?
Marlon tries to attack Shane

Shane threatens Eli when he searches his house for drugs, leaving the errant Dingle angry. When he later talks to Marlon the brothers are surprised to discover that they share a common enemy.
Keen to make up for what he put Marlon and Donna through, Eli is resolute that he will give Shane a good hiding for all of them but Marlon isn't convinced. Is Eli still intent on giving Shane his own special brand of revenge?
Over at the Dingle homestead, Gennie is showing Shadrach some old photos. When Chas overhears him exclaim that he loves looking at old pictures, she angrily reminds him that he never even bothered to take any pictures of her.
However, her mood subsides when Shadrach later praises her for being brave enough to help him to find Gennie. Will Chas be able to share her father with her shiny new sibling?
Meanwhile, Lexi and Carl start to get close in the office, leaving her confused by her feelings. Caught between two brothers, will Lexi choose her head or her heart?
Carl promises Lexi more involvement in the business

When Ross turns up to offer Donna a lift to work, she informs him that she's not going in. At the station, Ross acts friendly with Shane so he can gain his trust.
Back home, Marlon, Eli and Zak wait at the barn wearing balaclavas, calling Ross with instructions to lead Shane into their treacherous trap. Will the Dingles deal their justice or will Ross cop out of the cunning plan?
Elsewhere, Lexi attempts to show Carl what she is capable of when she gets more quotes for the business. When her attempts to impress fail, she resigns in a huff causing Carl to u-turn and chase after her.
Promising her more involvement in the company, Lexi relents and agrees to go back. With Carl firmly back wrapped round her finger, is Lexi one step closer to carrying out Matthew's dirty work?
Shane catches Donna in his locker

Donna decides to go back into work, but Marlon tries to persuade her to stay home, leaving her suspicious. Realising that Ross is planning a sting on Shane, she sets off to stop him.
Shocked to find him in cahoots with Marlon and Zak, she angrily chastises them and demands they put a stop to their plan. Ross admits that things have already gone too far - he's planted drugs in Shane's locker.
Fuming, Donna heads to Shane's locker to retrieve the stash. As Shane catches her mid-act, is Donna about to find herself knee-deep in trouble?
Meanwhile, Lexi is pleased when she is allowed to sit in on Carl's meeting with Donald. When she finds out their plans to rebrand De Souza Enterprises with a greener image, she's delighted to be privy to such information. Will she find loyalty to her employers or keep her promise to share all secrets with Matthew?
Elsewhere, Val is delighted when Diane finally agrees to her making a few changes to the Woolpack. However Val's mood soon sours when, after a disagreement with Lisa, the whole Dingle clan blacklist the pub until a full apology is received. With most of their clientele absent, and takings potentially halved, will Val swallow her pride
Over at the Woolpack, Val is annoyed that Diane won't agree to her plans of modernising the pub. Will tradition triumph over trash?
