and for some reason i find it really weird that you can be arrested for incest. is it actually illegal? they're both consenting parties after all!

I find it very strange and totally understand why it is illegal. I know there are supposed to be different circumstances when you have not been bought up together but my personal opinion is that is isn't right to sleep with your brother! The maximum sentence for incest is life in prison so guessing by that it is not a good way to go!
