Mackenzie makes peace with Charity, resolving that the relationship between them is over.

Mackenzie kisses Charity on the forehead, but as they pull away from a tender hug, we see this has been witnessed by Chloe. Chloe approaches them both and asks what's going on.

Meanwhile, an anxious Jai is relieved when Suni enters, ready to talk. However, Suni and Jai are soon both in for a shock.

Elsewhere, Sam is upset that Lydia has gone to her mother's and he doesn't understand why. He talks to Kim, who subtly tests the waters with Sam, trying to determine if Lydia has revealed the truth. They are both panicked when they try to call Lydia's mum, only to find Lydia isn't there.

Hour-long episode

Chloe drives towards the moors. Her plan to abandon Charity and Mackenzie somewhere remote is under way.

Charity is concerned they're now in the middle of nowhere. Having had enough of Chloe's attempts to push her buttons, Charity demands she pulls over. As Mackenzie fears fireworks, a car smashes into them.

Later, things are eerily still inside the car as Mackenzie regains consciousness and panic sets in as he realises the vehicle is suspended on the edge of a cliff. Fighting a rising panic, terrified Mackenzie tries to get out of the car. As he escapes, the vehicle creeks and shifts.

Charity is frozen in fear as she regains consciousness and realises where she is and what has happened. Soon, Chloe regains consciousness and starts to panic, but she's forced to put her faith in Mackenzie as he tries to guide her and Charity to safety.

Chloe knocks the wheel and the car starts to slip away. Both desperate to be saved, Charity and Chloe reach out to Mackenzie. Who will he save first?

Meanwhile, the Dingle family are rocked as Lydia reveals her trauma and she explains that she was raped by Craig.

Elsewhere, Chas is oblivious to the danger she's in as Harry convinces her to go for a drive.

MONDAY

The love triangle between Chloe, Mack and Charity is getting messier by the day.

Mack may have put on a ring on it with Chloe, but it's clear his heart really lies with his former wife, Charity.

The exes just can't seem to stay away from one another and ended up in bed together a few weeks back.

Secrets don't stay buried for long, and Chloe's dreams of a happy ever after were shattered when she overheard Mack and Charity discussing their steamy tryst.

Consumed with anger over the betrayal, Chloe is determined to make the pair pay...

As the week begins, Mack is excited for his holiday in Scotland with Chloe and oblivious to what she's plotting.

Scorned Chloe is in turmoil over whether to end their engagement. But when Tracy shares how she managed to forgive Nate for cheating on her, Chloe is hopeful she can also look past Mack's indiscretion.

Chloe is reassured when Mack declares his love for her and starts to look forward to their break away.

Later, Mack approaches Charity in the village and makes his peace with her. Realising there's no chance of a romantic reconciliation, they share a tender hug goodbye as Mack plants a kiss on Charity's forehead.

As they pull apart, furious Chloe watches on in disbelief.

What will she do next?

Meanwhile, Sam Dingle is confused and upset about Lydia abandoning him to 'go to her mother's'.

Sam remains unaware that Lydia was recently raped by her ex-boyfriend, Craig Reed.

Traumatised by her harrowing ordeal, Lydia suffered in silence until she finally cracked and shared the truth with Kim Tate.

Kim urged Lydia to tell her family what Craig did, but when Sam arrives at Home Farm to discuss his wife's whereabouts it's clear he still knows nothing about the attack.

The pair are panicked when they call Lydia's mum and discover she isn't there. Sam clocks Kim's unease and turns on her, demanding she tells him everything she knows.

Will she betray Lydia's trust?

Also, Suni Sharma is reeling from the bombshell that he's Jai's brother.

Back in the summer, Jai was devastated to learn his biological dad was actually his Uncle Amit, the brother of his late father, Rishi.

After taking time to grieve for Rishi, Jai then decided it was time to tell Suni they are in fact siblings, not cousins.

The news has knocked Suni sideways and left Jai consumed with guilt. Laurel is on hand to offer her husband comfort and suggests Jai gives Suni space to come to terms with it all.

After stressing over whether this the best course of action, Jai is relieved when Suni arrives at his, ready to talk.

But there's another shock in store for the pair...


TUESDAY

The drama for Super Soap Week kicks off when Chloe catches Mack in a cosy embrace with his former wife. Mack insists there's nothing going on between him and Charity and Chloe seems convinced, but once alone her smile turns to a look of pure hate.

After dropping off baby Reuben with Matty, a withdrawn Chloe takes the wheel as she and Mack start their drive to Scotland.

The couple aren't far out of the village when they find Charity broken down at the side of the road. Having discovered Mack recently cheated on her with his ex, Chloe seizes the opportunity to cause trouble as she offers her love rival a lift home.

But their journey soon takes a devastating turn...

Three is a crowd in the car as Chloe, Mack and Charity all feel the tension.

Deciding to exact her revenge, Chloe deliberately takes a wrong turn and heads towards the moors with the idea of abandoning Charity and Mack in the wilderness.

Charity soon realises they're in the middle of nowhere, and concerned, she orders Chloe to pull over.

But just as Mack fears he'll have to face the music with the two ladies in his life, Chloe's car collides with an oncoming vehicle.

In the aftermath of the smash, Mack regains consciousness to find their vehicle is perilously suspended on the edge of a cliff. Yikes!

Mack is able to escape the wreckage, but as he does so the car creeks and shifts.

Charity is next to wake up and remains frozen in fear, while Chloe comes round and starts to panic they're about to die.

The terrified young mum is forced to put her faith in Mack as he attempts to free her and Charity. But then it all goes horribly wrong when Chloe knocks the wheel while trying to get out.

As the motor starts to slip, terrified Charity and Chloe both reach their hands out to Mack. Who will he save first?

Meanwhile, a broken Lydia Dingle is hiding out at a B&B, listening to the voicemail from Sam, begging her to come home.

Her husband's words strike a chord, making Lydia start to question whether her decision to run away was the right one.

Back at the Dingle's, Sam's worst fears are confirmed when Mandy admits she thinks Lydia's recent behaviour points to her cheating with former boyfriend, Craig Reed.

As devastated Sam tries to make sense of it all, everyone is thrown when Lydia suddenly enters, ready to share her truth.

Mustering up all her strength and courage, Lydia sits down with Sam, Mandy and Belle and admits she was raped by Craig.

Elsewhere, danger is lurking for Chas Dingle when she agrees to go on a drive with sinister Harry

Harry has charmed his way into Chas's life, posing under the alias of 'Simon'. Choosing the anniversary of her daughter Grace's death to target her, Harry fed vulnerable Chas a load of lies and accepted her offer to stay over on the sofa.

Chas has been flattered by the attentions of her new fella, but remains oblivious to his true identity.

Unbeknownst to Chas, Simon aka Harry, is actually the gangster who beat Caleb to a pulp and was using his driving firm to run drops for guns.

As Harry continues his pursuit of Chas he manages to convince her to go for a spin in his car.

Alarm bells are ringing when Caleb and Cain hear the villain has been spotted with their sister and they leg it back to the village.

Can they save Chas in time?



WEDNESDAY

Lives were left hanging in the balance - quite literally - when Chloe Harris's car crashed and was left teetering over the edge of a quarry - with her and love rival Charity Dingle trapped inside.

Chloe was making her way to Scotland with fianc? Mack when they came across Charity, who had broken down outside the village.

The opportunity was too good to miss for Chloe, who offered her love rival a lift. She had an ulterior motive though. The plan was to strand Charity and Mack on the moors in revenge for them sleeping together.

However, events took a terrifying turn when the trio's car careered off the road and was left hanging off a clifftop...

Mack was was able to escape the wreckage, but tried to help Chloe and Charity climb out to safety.

But as the car started to slip further over the edge he had just to make a snap decision whether to save his fianc?e or former wife.

Seconds later, the vehicle plummeted to the ground.

Did Mack manage to pull one of the ladies to safety, or were they both still inside?

Confronted by the horrifying sight of the car lying crushed at the bottom of the cliff, Mack gets on his mobile and makes an urgent call for help.

But was it Chloe or Charity who went down with the car, and will they have survived the impact?

Has someone met a tragic end?

Meanwhile, Cain Dingle and Caleb Milligan are racing against time to rescue Chas from the clutches of gangster, Harry.

Unfortunately, the brothers are too late as barmaid Gail informs them Chas has already headed out for a drive with her new beau, who's been posing under the alias of Simon.

Realising Harry has been manipulating Chas to get to Caleb, the boys know their sister is in terrible danger and recruit Nate in their mission to find her.

But they're going to have to hurry, as sinister Harry turns on Chas, leaving her frightened for her life.




THURSDAY

Lonely Chas thought she'd found a reason to smile again when she struck up a connection with a mystery fella called Simon.

Only he wasn't called Simon.

He is in fact dodgy criminal Harry, the same man who used Longbrook Private Hire to ferry about his guns and was behind the savage attack on Chas's brother, Caleb.

After flirting up a storm, Chas invited Harry back to hers. But it soon became apparent he was exploiting her in order to settle an old score with Caleb.

Putting the next phase of his sinister plan into action, Harry invited Chas to go on a drive with him.

Caleb and Cain received a tip-off and rushed back to save their sister - but it was too late, Chas was already on the road with Harry...

Chas's romantic afternoon in the countryside soon takes a terrifying when 'Simon' reveals his true identity.

The stakes are high for Chas as she learns all about Harry's connection to Caleb and realises he targeted her to get to him.

And as Harry's mood darkens, terrified Chas fears what he'll do next.

Can she escape his clutches before it's too late?

Meanwhile, Cain and Caleb continue their frantic search for Chas, hoping they reach her in time before Harry strikes.

The brothers are deeply concerned for Chas's safety, knowing full well what the dangerous gangster is capable of.

But as tensions rise, Cain and Caleb make a discovery which shocks them to the core...

Also, Suni Sharma comes to a realisation regarding recent events.

The newcomer's world was rocked last week when his cousin Jai revealed they were actually brothers and shared the same dad.

Suni was devastated to realise he'd been lied to his whole life and initially shut himself off from Jai.

After taking some time to process the news, Suni decided he was ready to talk. But there was another shock in store for him and Jai.

Further conversations make Suni reach an understanding on matters.

Will this enable him to move forward?


FRIDAY

The brothers were horrified to realise their sister Chas had fallen prey to Caleb's nemesis, Harry.

Last month, Caleb discovered Harry was using his chauffeur company to run guns. He tried to put a stop to the illegal activity, but Harry retaliated by getting his group of heavies to beat seven bells out of Caleb.

The dangerous gangster then turned his attention to Chas. Posing as an admirer called 'Simon', Harry was easily able to manipulate her vulnerable state.

Word soon reached Caleb and Cain that their sister had been driving out of the village with Harry and the pair rushed back to help.

Chas is in grave danger, and as the stakes are raised, things quickly start to spiral.

With Harry hell bent on revenge, Caleb and Cain find themselves under attack once more.

But come on now, surely no one messes with these two.

Once bitter enemies, Caleb and Cain are now brothers in arms and a force to be reckoned with.

The duo take action as they fight to regain control and destroy Harry once and for all.

Will they defeat their enemy or is this one war they can't win?

Elsewhere, Suni Sharma is in turmoil as his worst fears are confirmed.

It's been a rough week for the village newcomer, who found out Jai was his brother and not cousin as he'd always been led to believe.

Discovering his father Amit was also Jai's biological dad was a lot for Suni to take in.

And it seems there could be more tough times ahead when Suni's suspicions over something are confirmed.
