Hey People, I said in my 'hello' that I'd be here to write a script and here it is. Hope you enjoy, please leave a comment or something about the idea, characters, anything.

Samson Bay is a seaside town, the water laps up to a sandy beach where a small cliff stands with an iron railing and twisting path. It leads up to the town where the people may not be as calm as the surroundings.

The town is surrounded by hills and wide, green spaces great for the animal lovers among the residents, but who will be sneaking off to the quiet places?

Anything can happen in Samson Bay.

The Johnsons

Samuel L Jackson - Grandpa Johnson/Zacharias Johnson

Age: 68
Occupation: Retired
Marital Status: Divorced


Grandpa Johnson is the head of the family, the eldest and yet he wants to have fun. He often causes havoc in the old person's home but how long can the home put up with him and his eccentric ways?


Jamie Foxx - William Johnson

Age: 37
Occupation: Music Record Store Boss
Marital Status: Married
Parent(s): Zack Johnson

William - Will - has been since they were both eighteen years of age. They originally lived in a rough area of London but moved when their second eldest was nearly stabbed. It made the parents think about their chidren's safety so they moved to their seaside view home with Will's Music Record store situated underneath their home.


Martina Laird - Imogen Johnson

Age: 37
Occupation: Store assistant, Chemist
Marital Status: Married

Imogen is the level headed family member, when their daughter had almost been stabbed it was her who suggested they moved, Will and Zach both wanted to go and hurt whoever it was but she stopped them. If she hadn't fallen pregnant then she may have been able to move onwards and upwards in the world but she doesn't regret having a family one bit.


Jamelia - Kayla Johnson

Age: 19
Occupation: Music Record Store assistant

Parent(s): Will and Imogen Johnson

Kayla wants to find a place of her own with her fiancee and their little girl but doesn't want to leave her family too far behind. She works in her dad's Record Shop and can't help but feel she's going down the same path her mum went down and throwing her life away, she thinks that there's more to life out there.



Thierry Henry - Cole Marshall

Occupation: Bar Man at Club 'Liquidized'
Marital Status: Engaged

Cole is Kayla's devoted partner, they are soon to be wed - hopefully. Cole and Kayla have their 18 month old child, who was born in Samson. Cole had originally lived in London too and had met Kayla there but after her sister's near stabbing he decided to leave his family behind and move with them - Kayla was to be his family anyway. He keeps in contact but doesn't regret his decision.

Age: 18 Months

Parent(s): Kayla Johnson and Cole Marshall

Named after the singer, Kayla hopes that her daughter can have a good life when she gets older and not have to move because of violence like they had had to. Cole hopes that soon they will be man and wife and able to move out of Kayla's parents home so they can be a proper family.



Zaraah Abrahams - Carly Johnson

After nearly being stabbed the whole family were uprooted as Carly had been terrified of stepping out of her house. Now she's fine living at Samson Bay and finishing off her final year at school.


Jayden Smith - Corey Johnson

Parent(s): Will and Imogen Johnson

Corey looks up to his grandpa and would do anything for the old man - even help him escape from the Nursing Home - but only because the boy idolises him. Corey hates the stern look his mother can give him when he's done something wrong but since he's the youngest of the family his mum will always treat him like her little boy, however his father will always treat him as the second man in charge as he is his only son. Corey has a beloved pet tortoise who he bought and named 'Squirt' after watching 'Finding Nemo.' When he found 'Squirt' was actually a tortoise he didn't mind as 'Squirt' was his pet, and friend.

Fareeha has had to cope by herself with her two children since her beloved husband passed away three years ago. It still pains her, but she uses it to make her son and daughter feel guilty as soon as they mention moving out or away from her.


Jet Li - Brendon Chieu

Occupation: Waiter at Restraunt 'The Grapevine'
Marital Status: Single
Parent(s): Fareeha Chieu

Brandon wants to move somewhere else, he thinks his lfie belongs to the city but can't bear to let his mum down by leaving her. He wants to be more than a waiter, he thinks he will be good owning his own restraunt and/or becoming a chef but thinks at 'The Grapevine' he'll never be noticed.


Sun Li - Saffron Chieu

Occupation: Chemist shop assistant
Marital Status: Settling a divorce

Saffron, Saffy, went backpacking when she was seventeen and cam back claiming she'd found the love her life, an Italian lifeguard, Paolo, they were married soon after in Italy and she lived out there but when he father fell ill she returned ome but he refused to join her and she realised that if he didn;t love her enough to be with her while her father was dying, then he wasn;t good enough. She is currently settling the divorce and has spoken to him only through lawyers. Returning to England though had made her mum determined not to let Saffy leave her ever again, but will it push the young woman further away?

Peter O'Brien - Aidan Carter

Aidan arrived in England from Australia when he was a boy with his two parents, he went on to become a well known surgeon and has recently settled down with his family in Samson Bay. He met his wife when she'd damaged her spine and had managed to repair her, the surgery has led on to them being a happy family with their three children but did his constant absence at home affect her as little as she claims?


Lisa Maxwell - Lucy Carter

Age: 44
Occupation: Teaching
Marital Status: Married
Parent(s): Daniel and Jill Andrews/Robert and Jill Healy

Lucy has lived in Samson Bay all her life and doesn't feel the need to move, all the memories are here, it's the one place she can easily call her home. Lucy teaches English at the local secondary school and has three children, a girl and two boys. She feels that family is what matters the most to her but while Aidan was away being a surgeon she had felt neglected and lonely.


Georgia Moffett - Jennifer Carter

Age: 24
Occupation: Barmaid at 'Liquidization'
Marital Status: Single
Parent(s): Aidan and Lucy Carter.

Jennifer - Jenny - is trying to gain as much as experience as possible in the bar for one day she'd like to run one. The eldest member of their close family, she lives in a flat of her own and is currently looking for the right man to enter her life but will he be under her nose the whole time or not? Jenny is sure that she takes more after her mum than dad in looks and personality.

With Noah only being 4 months Lucy is still spending her maternity leave with him and spending quality time with Jamie.


- Harry

Harry is Lucy's beloved horse, she once had a chestnut coloured horse called Sophie but was put down because she had a fatal illness, the following christmas Harry had been bought by Aiden as a present. Lucy has been the owner of her black horse for three years and enjoys riding him in the fields to the left of the seaside town. She keeps him in the local stables, five minutes from her home.

Head of the family, George was a local police officer until he went into early retirement as he had health problems and is still trying to recover fully. He misses the day gone but will always have fond memories of his youth. He has two daughter and one granddaughter, although he loves his granddaughter more than anything he has never thought her father is good enough for his own daughter. Always believing his girls could do better - but that's his overprotective ways creeping into action.


Helen Mirren - Judy Griffith

Judy is still teaching at the local secondary school. She doesn't let her age get in the way of her job, she wants to work straight on until she gets to her retirement and then live out the rest of her life in peace with her husband and family. The two puppies bought by Judy were named by Emily, the first Storm because of the grey and black on his coat and the second Sapphire because of her bright, blue eyes. Judy and Geroge own them but Emily loves them to pieces and treasures them dearly.

Nathan is the head doctor in the surgery, he's happy working there and always is happy to help someone - if they're a colleague, friend, or patient. However, the hours in his job annoyed his wife and they ended up splitting up two years previously. There passion is clearly still between the two as they haven't officially divorced but neither want to change so won't get back together.


Emma Thompson - Alice Morgan

After splitting for her husband two years previously she changed back to her maiden name, despite them not actually being divorced, she now lives with one daughter who alternates between the two houses as much as she can to be fair. Robert is the stepfather of Lucy Carter, he's happily living through retirement and spending time with his wife who's retirement has just come through. He treats Lucy as his daughter, as she grew up she occasionally preferred him to her mother because Jill was more strict and pattronising while he was free and easy.

Jill is Lucy's mother, when Lucy was five her father and Jill's beloved husband Daniel died of cancer. Jill has recently retired and living in the family home with Robert is as pleasant as she imagined it to be.

Her Cousin is Lucy, her Aunt and Uncle - Jill and Robert.

Seth attends takes two bus rides each day and then a short walk to get to the University, he's studying Science and would like to become a forensic scientist. While studying he also works as a waiter in 'The Grapevine' to pay his way in the world.
